Man, I hate the forums. They're only one dimentional and someone's comment can be taken 100 different ways. It all depends on the mood of the person reading it. I get the feeling that some folks in the WB community have some sort of opinion that someone who has been working in VS isn't qualified enough to post in a WB forum. You said it, because I never did. I hope you aren't taking anything I said personally, because it was never abou

And once again, I'll explain my comment. My comment was relative and the questions were rhetorical. I would hope that more than 3 or 4 people would read this thread. For someone who has been skinning for (maybe) only 6 months, might have the same feelings as vStyler. It was a "What if...?" sort of comment. Trying to put their mind at ease, while stating a few facts that most of us already knew. As for the "Do you remember?", since this is a windowblinds site, I was speaking in t

You may not remember this, vStyler, but alot of us do. Remember when WindowsXP first came out? And how little it skinned even then? Alot has improved over the years, with just about everything being skinned. The same will go for Vista , I think. Stardock will keep experimenting and get a handle on alot of the features we enjoy now. If not, then why come out with Windowblinds 6 ? The only problem will be " Patience ". <img src="

90% done with this one. Called "StingRay". Windowblind, Iconpackage, Wall, Sysmetrix, Rainy and CursorXP. Maybe more.....stay tuned! Hey Fuzzy. Guess great minds, sort of, think alike....

Cordelia, let me explain something. My previous comment wasn't meant in any way, shape or form accusing Frogboy of being a cold, unfeeling person for not answering my question. I was explaining to Hankers that I also, raised the question about the Windowblinds. If he answered or not, didn't effect me in the least. We (all) are busy and questions sometimes go unanswered. The sun sets and the next day it will rise. (In other words: It was no big deal). As for the WB in question, I

Was it a different SS that you asked about or is this the one that was answered? Yes, it was that SS, but (my) question wasn't answered. The "blue" WB with a "red" close button, is (not) the Cyclops WB. The Cyclops WB was just used for the SS. If you'll reread my question, I was asking about the blind in the open window, of the Stardock site, which is what this thread is about. The WB in question is starting to get popular. Two threads start

Here is my best guess on the first one. I believe it's the Next OS WB by treetog or alexandrie, that (for some unknown reason) was never released. To compare: If you download the "Next OS icons" you will see that the WB looks like certain icons, like the "Settings - Taskbar and Starmenu" icon. Brad (frogboy) uploaded a SS recently, and I ask the very same question, with no response as of typing this. I even said, I would pay for this one, if they would upload it.

No offense cause I know you might be new, but unless you're a raving genious, this site has either tried it (and it didn't work) or it's being done right now. Good effort on your part, just take into mind, that this site has been around for years and years. Nice shot, BTW.

My psychic ability is not what it use to be. I didn't know which thread he would see. I left a little message (it wasn't 3 pages long) to let someone know it was happening to me also. My "little" comments (on the other threads) weren't hurting or slamming anyone and I don't believe my comments hurt anyone's feelings. ------------------------------------------------ I was just expressing myself that I wasn't a newbie or a two year old. It could have been phrased better or not at all.<

Z71, Didnt you reply with that exact text on another post? One spot will do, ya know. My God in Heaven. Excuse me for posting the same thing twice. From now on, I'll keep my mouth shut. That was a rude comment and uncalled for. Disrespect......and to think, I was praising you on the other thread, that you were the man who could fix it. I'll just deal with the site, how ever it turns out. Not happy...............you didn't have to bel

Zoomba, has fowarded this issue to NetDev, this morning. Hopefully they will get to it soon. After submitting comments - page turns then brings you back to your comment box with your comment still there - if you exit gallery and come back - it may or may not have posted. I've found that if you refresh the page, it will come back right. The problem with the (many) posts is, they don't think it went through, so they keep submitting. Just re

CrerbroJD, not sure if you're asking us if we did that or not, to see if it fixed it. I'll guess you were. If you go back through this thread Report New WinCustomize Bugs and Other Issues , "andrew" has instructed us in 101 different ways to see if anything helps. The answer is no. As I've stated previously, everything has been running fine from Feb. 9th to March 6th. This only started today. Sorry to say, but I'm

As for stealing, I'm so glad to hear none of you have illegally downloaded movies, tv shows or music cause' that's also "stealing." Russians don't bother, my fellow americans who lack brain cells do. You have to remember folks, what one person does, that means everybody does it. Hey you! Come pull my finger........

Look at it this way. Just because the car makers come out with a new model every year, doesn't mean we have to turn in the old ones. So, skin whatever you are comfortable with. There will (always) be someone who will enjoy it.
