I've never had fun in the forums. Back in the day, I would pop in and leave a comment, trying to bring a little humor to the table and a certain group of people would blast me, make fun or just be plain rude. So, I would leave for 6 to 8 months and try again. Same thing. I very rarely make comments any more. Just not worth it. I "help" when I can. That's about it.

I was commenting to what Jafo said. "People" doesn't automatically translate into (Boopish or Bushman). I was referring to the "elitist people" from when Wincustomize opened (way, way back in the day) up to now. Please read the whole thread before putting words in people's mouths....

Stopped seeing the adds on Friday Feb. 9th. The weekend went well. Got a little wonky (saw adds in the forums) Monday morning but seems to have fixed itself. Don't know what was done, but I really do appreciate it. Now just have to work on getting the skin sections, on the right of the front page, to "not" show the icons when logging in. Keeping my settings. But that's really not important

I had a "brain fart", simple as that. I didn't realize that I created my Nordagan WB all those months ago. I still feel like I created it yesterday. When I saw the featured skin today, the first thing that came to mind was, "Man, that's an old skin!". It didn't dawn on me that the skin was almost as old as mine. With age, these silly mistakes will be more frequent............

Not sure if mentioned, and this is also new to me. Today after logging in, I log in as kperry, a few seconds later it changes to (Stardock User) I have checked to see if my WinCustomize subscription is expired, and seems I'm good until November. With this login, I am receiving all the (un-wanted) ads on each page I visit. Ditto. But, I am staying log-in longer this time...........
