I've read the whole thread and It seems people are focusing on one app. Windowblinds. The poll talks about premium (suites). For a good example of a suite, go to Pixtudio.com.(I'm just using them as an example). They will show what a suite is. I don't think they have ever sold just a windowblind by itself. Just my thoughts, but I don't think a person will be promoted to master, just because they have done a few good windowblinds.(I could be wrong). I think the people should prove th

The (coin) part, was that I (changed) my mind. I was agreeing with Boxxi. You got that, right? Still, can't find an email address. You need to check it out, they put a whole lot more up. We need to nip this in the bud, before it gets out of hand. [Message Edited]

They haven't changed the files. They are just hosting them. And they are giving credit to the original authors. I made my skins to share, so It's not really a problem for me. Now, if a site takes credit for the work, then we have a problem. >

#20 OK. That's cleared up. Thanks, for the info. I understand the reasoning better now. To me, it always seemed to be, for other people, "Here is a rip, download it before they take it off". I just thought, the less people know about it, the less people will download it. Hence, letting the original author or an admin. know.

No problem DesignCaddy, but I think you missed the point a little bit. I'm not talking about the icons themselves, but the images taken from the icons. These images are between 200 pixels to 400 pixels. They aren't hard to miss at all.

I have noticed over quit some time, that people are using other people's icons for thier shellstyle images. (My pictures, My music, My movies, etc...) No one gives them credit or gets permission to use these images. No one has said anything about it, because it seems to be common place. This has been prevolent in almost all port and many windowblinds. I feel that everyone (should) be getting permission. I'll give you an example. If I created a windowblind and used the (Pirat

Asking questions like that are like asking people if they like broccolli. Some do, some don't. I have found over the last couple of years, that when people ask questions like this, at a windows site, it's like drawing flies. You will get more negative responses than positive. I encourage anyone who has created a skin, if people like it or not, to submit and share with others. (A

Since skins have gone mainstream, the usability factor, has gone to the top of the list. Do people want to sell thier skins to people that have to download a set of instructions on how to use it? Of course not. Remember the good old days, when someone could ask for a skin in the morning and someone would have it for them by lunch. It's just not that way any more. A good, quality skin, can take up to 2 weeks to a month. Alot of the new people like the flash in the pan when they start out, but

#7 I was talking about (people) in general. #11 Everthing has a beginning and ending. The stuff just being there forever is not an answer.(Nor am I looking for one). Who says space is a sphere. Even if it is, I was talking about "what is on the other side of the sphere". <img src="ht

I'd like to make 2 points. First God or bigbang. (Keep reading, I'm not going to start quoting). If you believe in God, (boom) we were here, but were did God come from? If you believe in the bigbang, were did the stuff come from that created the bigbang? Even the first speck of dust in space. Who or what created it? You can't create something from nothing. Second, Space. Everyone says space goes on forever. I disagree. To me, space has to end somewhere. We say it goes on forever
