You should have to stand still while using HoL.
ExperienceChange = Math.Random(-2000, 2000); Something like that I think.
He probably just had low upload bandwidth. As soon as the game dropped to 4 people his connection could handle it.

Please don't term it "rage quit" in the game. There are many legitimate reasons for quitting even if your team doesn't concede, and we don't need to label every quit with the term "rage quit".
If I get partners who don't speak in the first few minutes, I quit. Not worth the frustration.
They could add an "Undo" button to the shop, but there shouldn't be 100% resale any time you want.

This already exists. It just happens that the ratings are useless because the server doesn't record them properly.
I've had several partners who would capture the center flag on Cataract in Fortress mode by standing right on it, thus getting owned by the enemy fortress followed by a swift ganking. Once, fine, but several have died multiple times :(.
That's really dumb. I shouldn't be able to make an enemy quit by quitting myself.
I've watched the AI die solo to towers and a fortress. It just walked up, started attacking a tower, and died. Why is the AI programmed to attack towers even if it takes damage from 4 of them?

You've probably won faster than you would have had they stuck it out to the boring end. And let's be honest: it's just as boring to know you're going to win as it is to know you're going to lose.
Quoting VyperXXX, reply 24 I think Mist a cool little evasion skill with a bonus of doing some damage, and is not particularly threatening in most cases. If an Erubus is misting he should probably be ignored and attention pressed elsewhere. Or, better yet, just cover his exit and wait for him to come out of his little cloud, and totally destroy him when he's out of mana. I love doing that.
As I said before, a new demigod could do 4000 damage at level 1 and people would still argue that it's not overpowered. Clearly there is a counter for such a beast.
It's creative, but I doubt it's intended. Perhaps they could lower the mana cost on mist but remove all mana regeneration while in mist form.

There's a lot more than twice in ongoing games. You are also neglecting Pantheon and Skirmish.
I've had this problem as well. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
