Dolynick, can you use some textures from other stargate mods?? Starwars empire at war, is old game , but stargate mod for this game is really interesting.check out youtube! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKpkxTNK3VE
I don't know how the assets for that mod were made but since it's a different game chances are that the way they are made is fairly different than the way models are done for Sins.
i didnt know if it would work with it. where should it be in the order?
From what I know of the format of that mod... It shouldn't really matter. Put it in top slot if you want to be sure though I guess. Nothing in it should conflict with anything in SGRaces. -dolynick
don't know, all i know is if I turn off the mod I don't have any issues.
Have you followed the guidelines posted in the Thread OP about not setting details to Highest? It's the only known crash bug in the mod at this time. Playing with pirates enabled does not cause any crashes for me, even in a Huge Multi game with 10 players and 8 hours of playtime. -dolynick
FYI - Using the mods in Diplomacy, my game tends to crash IF I have pirates enabled. Disabling pirates and no issues. I have no idea what is causing it for some people in certain games only. -dolynick
Well, i was trying to play this in Dev.exe, just to test a few of my own things, and the game absolutely HATES the asgard! Whenever you click an asgard unit it gives you about 50 error messages...
This is most likely due to weapon points being used that do not exist on the stock ships and is harmless for the most part. I've also seen messages for their capital ships having to do with the 5th abili

I meant that I downloaded dolynick_SGraces -d1.01 for Diplomacy. Roger on the Ha'tak....I will see if I did something wrong. I know the texture is "good enough" not to do that though, as I played for several
Dolynick, Are you aware that in the release you have for download....that the Hatak texture is simply completely black. It's like in the shape of the Hatak and it's like a very shiny black unless I have team colors on and in that case it completely glows in whatever my team color is. I'm using the dolynick_SGraces -d1.01 for Entrenchment. I know you said that all the text
No, it's not the Tau'ri. While I will never say never, I have very little interest in modding them and have no plans to do so. -dolynick

That is their primary ship after all. Just a suggestion. But other then that awesome mod.
I'm not sure of that myself. Yes, you need to be careful with them and they t

Also the ra capitolships area of effect shield regen and weapon cooldown at lvl 3 dont give 10% cooldown but 1%. The ships need a little love graphic wise, but other than that it was all very nice. Well done.
That's intersting that Armistice won't work, it's basic
As for the roles, if you really knew what you were talking about you'd know the AI requires every role stat type to be present otherwise it grinds to a halt.
That's not quite true. Certainly the AI requires some roles to be present or it fails but it's certainly possible to get by without all of them for a given race. Furthermore it is quite simply to bundle multiple roles into one ship as well, eve

I'm hoping to get some playtesting in of the Goa'uld over the remainder of the weekend. If all goes well, they're may be an intial release by next week that includes the Goa'uld. -dolynick

Just to keep everyone in the loop... I am aware of an issue with the current released versions of the mod and the latest patches (Diplomacy 1.011). Ironclad added a new main menu entry and the text label is missing in the string file included with the latest release versions of the mods. I believe the mods will load and play just fine as they are, but if you mouse over the new menu item, the game will likely crash. It is a very minor and easy fix but I am not relea

That is how i thought it worked, however i
