I'm reasonably sure that entrenchment and diplomancy will be one game, while vanilla sins will be another. Don't remember where I heard that, though.

Not that I know of, but there are a lot of mods out there.
post them! start a thread with your pictures, or add to that one picture thread that was up a few months ago. if u go back a couple of pages u may find it. or mediafire them and provide links or something, but i'd go for the thread idea [e digicons][/e] .
I enjoy the Advent most, but I play TEC a lot more for some reason. But I think the Vasari technology is the coolest [e digicons]B)[/e]
maybe like the option to choose how many grabity wells, and if you want starbases or not. i guess that's where the custom from custom battle comes in.
Another thing that would be AWESOME if it was included in a campaign editor. the option to record your actions, kinda like a fraps thing only IN the editor, and make it so that what you record can be triggered as a cutscene. You know, a shot of a ship flying out of exploding debris as your captial trimphantly overcomes the big bad starbase. i no i would actually die (with happiness, a good cause) if something like this was available in a campaign editor. (iv never seen it in any campaign edit
single gravity well. right allegiance?
My anti-structures never seem to die. Don't know why. Of course, I don't play against the Vasari often so maybe that's why. stationary starbases are a lot easier :)

Yeah good idea numerarius! so we hav custom battle or..... battle simulator? or........ the DANGER CHAMBER!!!!!!! it has a ring to it.
can we get some dev's eyes on this? there seems to be a universal agreement.
Trader Defense Navy
network network network!
I'll say it again, 20-30 bombers, if u hav the money to buy carriers. OR 5, maybe 10 if u want it to be really quick, structure-pounders (ogrov and that other one) takes out starbases in SECONDS. very easy and cheaper way to do it.
Javelis: "...Seriously, these missiles won't fire themselves." *An Alarm Sounds* "Aw, hell, not AGAIN..."
hahahahahahahahahaha
hahaha i had to read that three times before i got it. well played pbhead [e digicons]:andrew:[/e]
Please do not waste precious resources on campaigns. If anything, spend time creating a campaign editor. The community at large has enough talent that they can produce 10 x the amount of content IC can alone and with considerable quality.
EXACTLY what is needed. I'd really like a campaign, but I honestly don't think the devs can produce one that will satisfy me. Some parts will blow my mind, but other parts would just be plain c
oh that makes sense. ha, thanks.
Eh... I'd guess Trader Defense Network, myself.
that's what I call it.
Exactly allegiance. haha volt.
last time i checked the map converter was only updated to 1.15 and 1.01. or are we talking about something thats not the map converter from the sins website.
I was hoping we could agree on some basic details yet it still escapes us on all but the Vasari topic.
Haha terrible but so true.
If yall want I can take some the ideas Ive gotten from this post + my Steel Command TEC and give you my full opinon, on everything I have TEC. They you guys can rip it apart and judge it as yall see fit. Maybe that will give us a base to get some
For some reason I just really don't think the Vasari breathe the same "air" as we do, at least not by choice... they may be able to, but I would think our atmosphere rather thin for them... like climbing Mt. Everest near the top - they can tolerate it for a while but need an air tank to really function well...
EXACTLY what I think about them. if they breathe our atmosphere for too long then they become drowsy, eventually die from l
no, i don't think they ever recover. Well, generally speaking. Maybe a rare one or two survive, but i think there'd be something like a 99% permanent depression kinda thing. think about it from a war perspective, and pretend that the Coalesci have the power to disconnect someone from the Unity. Say an Advent or Advent crew was captured. They're interrogated. if the Coalesci can disconnect those Advent from the collective mind of the Unity, one, the Advent do not feel the pain the capture
i personally still think the Opulentsia is a group of independent planets/nations inside the Trade Order. To continue our conversation.
i think either they would become empty shells, or as allegiance said, they would become extremely depressed and suicidal. not talk much, not eat much. that kind of suicidal, not the jump off bridge kind. the let the world burn i don't care anymore i don't care about anything kind of suicidal. u no, that doesnt even sound like suicidal. oh well.
