Ill go look. Im guessing its just center? This is from the tech frigate fact. The effects are those sparky bits I guess. Seriously though, if you havn't played: Bladurs gate full series Icewind dale full set Masquerade Redemption (the first one with Christoff not really linked to Bloodlines other than universe). Also Planescape Torment Both KoToRs Both Fallouts Both Divinitys (Divine/Beyond) All the Neverwinter Nights All Diablo Then get them and enjoy the recent history of the RPG (after the REALLY crap grahpics era but before the console era). I get this annoying feeling that Bioware's ego has grown past thier ability. Maybe it's just Mass Effect and the amount of cringe I had to do to get past the horrible story cliches (the heroic pose? omg) and the hollow gameplay past the tiny amount of 'core' areas. The fact that they felt that was what they 'represented' as a brand now makes me worry about what they will do in the future. Of course, on console this is top notch level stuff and it totaly works in that p
Yah, it certainly would, but even if they had an ion, imagine a hacylon with anima tempest and ion...thats an instand win...
How many people would relese a good mod with such stupid balance? All abilites don't have to be so powerful. I would like to see a mod that really focuses on (WWII style) carrier vs carrier combat via large amounts (and types) of fighters and bombers. So the 2 per ship limit and the lack of abilites is annoying.

So does the icon show up if you replace the battleship or is it just blank? is it a custom icon (i.e. have you tried setting it to a standard one if so?)

To the actualy problem though, does it show anything on the icon when you replace it? I just tried adding a Psi battleship instead of a tech one and it worked fine. I also reconfirmed anything after 5 caps dosn't show up.

I wish they did, that would really let me make fighter/bomber combat awesome (and not overpowered). Unfortuantly it's gonna have to be the simple version.

Its not a rip-off of Conquest. It's a similar game style for sure, but both are good games. Conquest was a normal RTS with some logistical additions, sins takes that idea to the next level. I wish it had take more things from Coqnuest (turrets for a start). But there's many things Sins does way better than Conquest could. In fact I miss having my resource ships actualy do something useful rather than just go from place to place.
If I would have to do that for every single game I have on 1TB disk space...I would find my computer full of unecessary software. Why I must install something (that I don't really want) more than the beloved game and its patches? It's just...not needed. If the policy chosen is the one declared in some articles I've read on first pages, releasing the patch by secure site or serial check would mean be coerent...a right compromise between customers and companies, otherwise that beatiful words

Who ever called it a patch should have instead called it a "Band-aid" or "Plaster" for imense amusement. My game has grased it's knee! The v4.24.63.1b Band-aid is comeing out next week and will fix knee graseing issues.

True Story: The more "unofficial patch countdown" posts detected on the forums, the slower the devs work. You may find this odd but think about it. Devs brains are wired diffrently from everyone else's. First the brain commands their bodys to slowly release a substance which imporves performance and makes the person feel pleasure (like endorphine or whatever thats called). In oder to get this to release faster devs have to get more work done on the game. Unfortuantly

I was just quoteing ManSh00ter, blame him. :D I still can't get it to work myself, well I can get phase, tech and psi names to work by changing the thing at the top but that isn't helping. Has anyone actualy done it before? Personaly I don't know why "racenameparseprefix" would do anything for ship names. Other than the fact they match up and theres pretty much nothing else with a similar name structure anywhere in the data files.

1. Umm, what do you mean, they will fire directly at the target, if the route to the target is through the hull then thats the way they will go. 2. Dosn't look like it, what you can do is use a smaller exhaust type and then use multiple exhuasts very close to each other to make a bigger one. Does any one know how many meshpoints is maximum?

Consoles are perfect for the standards war concept, PC's always moved too fast for the market to keep up. I mean game developers have to learn the new standards and that usualy means thier first try at a new technology is not very good, their second attempt will always be better (which is why expansion packs are such great ideas for both sides). By the time their second effort is out the door, the technology which they are now good at is obsolete, lol. The PC market is about solid, in d
