i full support the idea for random events. but please do not push a dialog screen to tell me about it. just have the computer say something and show it in the message log. similar to what it does when alligence is low on a planet.
this will likely need the hand of support. there are threads they have answered on this forum and on the main SINS forum( https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/ ) that address this. i personally have never had it happen though.
i noticed that if somehow a light carrier becomes the lead ship in a fleet, the rest of the fleet no longer engages. its kinda annoying. doesnt sound like that is your issue but i wanted to toss it out there anyway.

its not about that audio bit no, but rather some artwork that they had and some other stuff.

chuck norris was used as the template for the original alpha unfair ai. when the devs decided to revamp the unfair level, the ai wouldnt let them. ic had to hire mr. norris to defeat the ai with a round house kick. the resulting clash wiped all source code for all ai's making a complete rewrite necessary.

the only time i have scuttled was to give the planet to someone else.
i havent seen that before... have you tried mixing the fleet just to see if they attack? also are you on the latest version? are any files modded?
the license also allows for two computers on the same lan to run the app at the same time. ie, my comp and wifey's comp both have sins installed and can play MP over the LAN without violating the EULA.
anyone here play hyperiums?
