You'll probably have to email Stardock customer service.

Oh ****! "Houston, we have a problem."
i will be impressed if you give a broader range of payment options.hint: im not going to go trough the hassle to load cash onto a paypal account or get a credit card.
I've worked at multinational corporations that only take Paypal and credit cards. It's a lot more money to add other payment methods with little or no gain. It would be nice, but there's no reason to expect it.
Make sure your stuff (Drivers, Sins, etc.) is updated. Make sure you haven't set an old mod to load on start. Make sure your hardware can run Sins.
Usually the AI will retreat to a better fortified planet and fight there, which is a realistic strategy.
When all the planets are fortified the same, which is usually the case with the AI, it's going to keep retreating until the homeworld. It needs to stand and fight somewhere before it loses 98% of it's empire.
If I understand correctly, the distances referred to are the ones between planets. (Minimum/maximum Phase Lane length.)
It can be hard to be thankful for something until you realize how easy it is to lose it. A bad job doesn't seem quite so bad when compared to no job at all. Though, few things compare to a near death experience. Hope you stay well and stay nice, the_Monk. (You're all too rare)
Not my favorite, but it's not bad. It's the VW Bug of Sins.
Danman, I really enjoyed playing this mod although i downloaded the 1.3d from the title screen and i was wondering if i had missed some of the updates for the mod. also for the Kur Ah the maruder was only attacking in one derection with one weapon if you could talk to the designer to increase the damage or perhaps give it a couple of side weapons that would be cool.P.S. if there is any updates to the mod could i get you to repost the latest version, or perhaps tell me where to find it. Th
Overall build speed can be modded in the gameplay.constants file. Search for buildSpeedData and change the values accordingly. Then when you start a new game, select which build speed you modded.
Wow. That's interesting and useful. Still, you have to much time on your hands. ;)
Swedish? What?
How are the Advent like the Borg?
Probably the Unity aspect. Edit: I swear those last two posts weren't there when I posted.
I'm pretty sure minidump is a sync error and will be fixed through the use of ALLOY in sins 1.1Speaking of 1.1 is the beta out yet I can't wait anymore the suspense is killing me.
Not on my Impulse.
Essentially, the income rate scalar does that. You'll have more cash available if you set it to high, giving the same effect as a price scalar set to low.
How exactly is it broken? As I see it, they're looking to make it better with such a major change, that they're using a beta to make sure the change doesn't break anything.
Ummm, did I miss something or am I missreading the announcement? They were going to release 1.1 in mid July (which is about now?), but going to relase the beta before. Did they release the beta, and I did not see the link?

This beta update will be available only through Stardock's new Impulse platform sometime in mid-July.
the_Monk, When do you actually get to play the game?
That's what patches are for. [link="https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/316556"]Link to patch notes for the next patch.[/link]
Beats me. I'm playing single player and staying there.
If i read correctly 10 transports will equal 30 strikecraft or am i wrong?
Depends on the race. Probably 20 or 30.
AIs get extra resources on the unfair difficulty level. I order to be allowed to build more ships/capships, you need to do another set of researches under 'fleet supply' (Or something like that) tab on the research screen.
Few things: 1. In order to destroy fully upgraded worlds, you have to use two Novaliths at once or the world will heal before the second shot. Does 3000 damage I think. 2. Advent Deliverance Engine takes forever and needs a lot of shots to bring allegiance down since allegiance rate of change has a cap. 3. Deploy Siege Platform is great since it both adds targets and can continue to cause damage/prevent healing if the Desolator is needed elsewhere.
So you need the long range star system thing?
Nope. It's another tech specifically for wormholes a bit farther along. You've got a strange username.
You can jump from any star to any other star. Research is cheaper. Wormholes are instantaneous travel. Depending on the map, wormholes may be from one side of a single star system to another or to another system. You can't tell where the other end of the wormhole is until you go though it. Ships will automatically use both stars and wormholes.
So basically you've denied half of your processor resources to the game and are wondering why it is running slow. HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..............
Sins really only uses one core anyways. You could have a quad core and it's still not going to run faster. Better to have the one core dedicated only to the game.
