Instead of a mod, this looks like a fully-fledged game in its own right. I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a store. It looks much better then many games that cost money! You could sell this. The quality is amazing. This word "mod" does not do it justice.

double post.
- I like this ability, but it has a big drawback. First it creates 3 clones of your ships, which sounds great, but it only lasts for 150 seconds. That makes this ability a little....eh.
Use Replicate Forces on a seige platform. You get the idea. Replicate Forces is great during battles. 6 extra squads if you clone carriers for example. If they get destroyed, well so what?
This thing is actually overall pretty weak. This ship brings one thing to the table:
Some really good ideas posted here. I would like to see the implemetation of logistics. You have to supply your army and keep it maintained. Not sure how this would work. Some real-life units that could be added. Foster-Miller TALON SWORDS: American robotic infantry. Can be equiped with an assualt rifle, light machine gun, heavy machine gun, anti-tank weapon or 6-barrelled grenade launcher. Leopard 2 A6M tank: German main battle tank of the European forces. Fast, capab
In the extremely unlikely event that Soase 2 does the same thing (dumb itself down), I will spew. However, the dumbing down of RTS games makes perfect marketing sense. Proper RTS games are appealing to a small audience. Brainless click-fests are extremely popular. Too many people are stupid these days. They want RTS games to be just like FPS games. However, I haven't played either of those games, but I am in complete agreement with you.
I think both TEC and Vasari can get colony pods witch offer a taxable population.
Only Vasari get Colony Pods. Each race get upgrades in the tech tree that effects all SBs. Vasari get Assualt Deployment which reduced SB build time. Intelligent armour gives a health and armour boost to all SBs that you own. Maximised Firepower gives a DPS boost and also gives all SBs that you won an extra targetting bank. TEC get similiar upgrades, but instead of Assualt
Sounds like fun. How about go-carts with paintball gun turrets? Racing combined with a shooter.
this idea can also be used to promote real war mashines for the use by military controlled by remote operators, who are, former gamers :]
The U.S military currently use SWORDS. This is a combat robot that can use an assualt rifle, sniper rifle, light machine gun, heavy machine gun, rocket launcher or 6 barrelled grenade launcher. I've never played it, but
Modified his ship? he is a freaking miner, I dont think he got the knowlage... or the money...
How do you know that he didn't have the money or know-how? Surely he had engineers on board his ship. He also had 25 years do make these modifications. Or maybe he got it modified on the black market.
And about the super nova... *cough* mass scale evacuation? *cough*
The radiation from a single supernova can outshine an entire gal
nd I couldnt figure out ANYTHING from this move except the cheap plot where 1 pissed off guy that want to kill everyone with a mining space craft that strangly enough got enough weapons on it to take down a federal battle ship (since when mining ships got weapons?).
Maybe, just maybe the main villian MODIFIED his mining ship to have weapons.
Plus when the sun turned into super nove, the aliens went like WTF but my question was, how stupid
Interestingly, the newspaper from the state that I live in had an artical saying that there was a survey about government control. Alot of people (30% to 50% depending on the country) in Australia, India, China, some european countries and even the U.S want the government to take more control. The artical said that the findings indicated many people want the government to have a framework that is more "socialist". Apparantly people's greatest fear now is anarchy.
All i must say
They can't do everything. Sure, there is something in common on all of them, but each one has its unique abilities, where it excels. The point is to add different starbase options for each race, so that you must pick one starbase to tailor you gravity well to your intentions.
What I mean't was that the current StarBase upgrades have everything covered. Nothing has been left out. Adding new StarBases for the current races is pointless because t
100% reduction means it takes half damage and 200% means it takes 1/4 damage. Sins is silly like that
That is really odd.
ive heard that the Vasari Starbases are able to phase jump, is this true?
No, the Vasari StarBase can move around a grav-well, but it cant phase jump. Some people wanted it to be able to do that back in the beta. Thast probobly where you heard that.
Umm, what??
I just rechecked and I found out that Medicare is America is a very different system to the countries in the British Commonwealth. They have the same name, but ther are fundementally different. I should have been more specific.
IQ is mostly determined at conception. (See I can spew refrenceless facts too) It can go up or down about 15 points in a person's lifetime depending on how much they use their brain. 15 points isn't
I think it's 100% for level 1 and 200% for level 2.
How does Frontal Deflector Shield reduce damage by 200%? Wouldn't the StarBase gain health by being attacked? Probobly a stupid question.
We now know for sure you are uninformed. Willfully or not is the only question.
I've heard of people in America who had little assistance to do bodily functions while in hospital. I've heard of people who had to lean over the bed to piss because nurses weren't there to help. I'm not attacking America though. In Britain, Canada and Australia people have to be on long waiting lists to get treatment. The system is efficient but there is alot of room for improvemen
Genetic germ line modification will change baby brain weight, neuron density, microglial activity and stamina, and keep on tickin' through their children. Intelligence is G, or IQ, or a definite measureable quantity that does not change much over a person's lifetime and is primarily geneticly determined.
That is incorrect. IQ is NOT determined at any point in a person's life. The inventors of IQ did NOT believe that they were determining fixed intelligence. People have
Sicko might be wrong or right whatever, but I didn't base my argument on a single film. America does not have medicare, Australia for example does. Medicare makes operations free for the victim. Last time I checked America does not have this. A person not so well off can't afford medical bills that he has to pay for. A socialist medical system idoes not have these drawbacks however, the waiting lists can be very long.
Then fewer people will invent. Technological progress will
That seems like it would be a slaughter, but I'll give it a shot.
Believe it or not, but scouts really do counter LRMs. It works, but attack with it before he gets a large force.
They'll just be ignored while the illums target the lrm cluster.
Thats why you do NOT bring LRMs against illums. If you still bring them, place the flak in the way so that illums can't reach them. They will try to go around and that will slow them d
Both for new races and for the existing ones I could imagine it. It would add (even) more depth if the starbase constructors could build different SB's from the start.
I think that would be pointless because the current SBs can already be upgraded to be able to do everything and anything.
What?
I suggested that the various AIs in the game should be more in depth and unique. Rather then simply have different portraits, they should have unique taunts etc. I suggested as a possible new AI qoute: "You seem to enjoy spilling your blood in this part of the galaxy . . . so do I" I also said that if new attack KorSul Armada, then the AI will have its own unique taunt, hence the Chuck Norris joke.
I'll kill maybe 9 or 10 of em before I run into drones or vessels and then I start to lose drastically.
Run away and get a bigger force. Make him attack you so that you will have the advantage of turrets, hangars etc. Sentinals make a great meatshield against illums. Scout him so that you can find out if he is rushing to get illums. If he has 3 mil labs early, then quickly attack him with scouts before he gets too many illums. Scouts kill LRMs, but getting enoug
Uninformed or willfully uninformed?
I was referring to the fact that only a rich person can afford to have an accident or get sick in certain capitalistic countries such as America.
Be an interesting experiment to stop the aid, wouldn't it? Since it's not achieving anything & all.
I didn't mean that aid money literary did nothing, only that it does very little. All that aid money is used by corrupt dictators on themselves. If aid money was actually doing anything, then why don't we hear about it? If anything the situation in Africa is getting worse, not better. Only very naive, but well-meaning celebrities think that lasting go
In true socialist sistem there is no ownership
I was talking about capitalism, not socialism. Under capitalism the issue of ownership of information is big. It does not seem like it can or will be solved.
Ok, so this guy invents the laser mouse and he's not filthy stinking rich.
Thats not the point. The point is, that the already rich corporation got richer and he didn't. He barely benefited from his invention. It is not a q
Sins does not have DRM. You do not need a CD key to install or play. To patch the game, use Impulse which requires that you use the CD key. The CD key should be on the back of the game manuel. Also, when yoo install it, the CD key should also appear under Impulse. Under My Games there is a registration button. Click on it and it shows your CD key. I hope this helps.
