Google toolbar shows up in my list of programs but when I try to remove it, it just opens firefox. When I go to the addons in firefox Its there but theres no "remove" button. That couldnt be it could it? What do you guys think about superantispyware?

Ive read http://wafflesatnoon.com/2011/10/05/seeing-unwanted-text-enhance-ads/ and I have followed its directions.
