9. You basically mean a ship with a huge-ass cannon? It can be done, just make a ship that is a huge freaking gun. ====> LOL, I mhave a habit of making all my ships like that! Even my salvager had a huge gun at its front! Sorta ruins it's purpose (got corrected in the meantime of course).

Personnaly, I had the same problem while designing maps and thats just it! I don't think you can precisely set where you start...they're will always be the random factor of empire positioning! If you want a specific layout, then quit and restart until you get it! At least thats what I do! Justin S.

Look at Super Mini Mod...and you will see that that mod already has frigates as strike craft (in this case flak frigates which deal enough damage to destroy a level 6 cap ship in less than 3 minutes)..!! Thank Kiedjor for that ;)
