I have to ask you DS folks---Who did your opening theme? Even if the game crashes, you guys have some incredibly good taste . Minidump seems to happen when visuals are in close proximity to pirates--around pirate raid launch, etc. Not mini-dump... crash.
Leuthesius
I switched order. Got a minidump.

Setting it up now. So DM DS v0.1 and Powerful Pirates needs to be pulled OUT of Extras 0.995 and put with Distant Stars Online (I renamed mine, too).
I will re-download tomorrow and try again. Maybe that's all it is. I'll also make sure they're in separate folders from the start. I thought that "extras0.995" was the powerful pirate mod itself... though I'm betting that pulling powerful pirates out of extras 0.995 is what is giving me the minidump. Off to sleep, I'll check back with you tomorrow. Thanks for the direct assist by the way, and your mod is wonderful (until it crashes that is ;3).

Alright, I found the folders in extras and brought them out to put them in individually--didn't find anything in the other folder like what I see on your screen. Who do I Send the mini-dump to? lol email addy plz.

Um. ... if the .995 extras is the mini mod, then yes. It was also in the wrong order. It now says entrenchment 0.995 beta and THEN extras .995 we'll see if that somehow makes a difference.
Ingame it says 1.041 and it runs perfectly fine w/o DS.

Cool. Enabled logging. I'll let you know next time it crashes. I need an email address to send the files to.
Diplomacy mod just crashed on me--where do I find the crash dump?
You have to "offer them a mission" of giving you money, which they can then reject outright. I think its kind of ridiculous that they can reject a demand outright.
That'd be nice to see pirate Kol's. I tried to do that with the map editor, but it didn't work. And it makes PERFECT SENSE, too. I mean if another star nation is shelling out 50,000 credits for a pirate raid... By god there needs to be some damned CAP ships in there!
I played a game with nothing but Halcyon Carriers. That was a doozy.
^ YES! BEcause SPAMMY ZERGRUSH games SUCK.
Dead horse or not. It needs done. If Sins II (provided its coming sometime) is going to be purchased by me, it damned well better have multi-core support. Chances are I could run this game just as well on a 3.0ghz P4 3.5gb ddr2 3200 NVIDIA 7650GT WinXP system as it's running on my W7 64bit 8gb ddr2 6400 striped raid 7200rpm/32mbcache sata drives with a 9800GT w/ 1gbddr3 and 3.0ghz 6000+ AM2 dual core proc. That. Is. Not. Right.
Which is no longer possible. All I can tell you is what I saw :p
The point of Diplomacy is to allow for a way to have time to bolster your defenses and build your empire. If you decide that you want your neighbors planet that happens to have an artifact, you can ditch all of the empire bonuses you get from the dealings and do so. You receive negatives for hostile actions, which may or may not make any real difference with things, but after that declaration, the computer is going to attack you back. Even try to take the planet. If that comp
