This still appears to be an issue local to you. as we do not have other un-resolvable cases of this. Your account is operating properly at this time. How long is it taking for the menus to open? Are there many items in the list for you?
If you pick a background that has dark colors, do you see the clock then?
At this time I have not heard of plans for future development.
It will work on a 64 bit OS with an exception. 32 bit apps running on a 64 bit OS can have their files backed up. 64 bit apps running on a 64 bit OS will not be supported unfortunately.

This seems to be working OK on my machine. If you click and hold your scroll wheel when the mouse is in about the middle of the screen, can you drag to switch pages?
