Certainly they are not waiting for the game to be playable, ie. doing Stardock a favor. I see reviews all the time that ding games for bugs, lack of polish, etc. And while it is a niche title...its not like Stardock is some unknown studio. They develop. They publish. They are not EA but they are big enough to merit week 1

I'd agree that software needs to be allowed to get returned if it doesn't meet the buyer's expectations, just like any other product. But th

The reasons listed in this article and by some forum users here are the reasons I do not pre-order games. I don't care if the quote was taken out of context, exactly when is it okay to tell paying customers who are your fans to take a hike because they care enough to bring up missing advertised features, game breaking problems and bugs. This will probably be a nicer review than Elemental will get elsewhere because at least they mention they expect the game to be fixed, that features talk

I thought this was a nice story either way. These are not my kinds of games at all, but I love Steam sales. Because of heavy discounts, i've encountered some indie games that I loved and never heard of before.

DRMs latest shenanigans is to prevent reselling by providing game content only available through online distribution. If you bought a resold game then you lose out on the bonus content or buy it seperately. Too many retailers like Gamestop and Ebay have munched into software developer profits. Of course the resale business may never have taken off if it w

Based on the persuasive arguments made by our players, we have decided that tactical battles will be made available in MP – as an o
