10 Vasari and one Human in the high council chambers... one of these things does not belong, do YOU know which one it is? =P
Oh, this way. I didn't read the post thoroughly. ^^.
a spy in the Vasari would have to be a Vasari themselves.
Not necessarily. When a faction/race is open to terror and oppression, there is a large amount of possibilities. You could blackmail a person to do your bidding - " do what we want, or else... " You could overcome him with propaganda - " look what the TEC resistance brings them; pain and suffering. Help us win, and there will be a peace, forever. You know only we can stop the Adven
The AI is dumb. Just make sure you have your cap tanking the bulk of enemy forces while the construction of your starbase is ordered. The enemy will most likely continue to focus your cap and chase it around the gravwell while your SB is underway. If it's a Skirantra/Kortul/Marauder or any other fast/tough/healing cap, you'll likely have your cap still with half hit points when the starbase starts doing its thang.
tried a SB rush?
Envoy Cruisers have diplomatic immunity during their normal travels between embassies and cannot be attacked. If they use their espionage ability to attempt to sway the populace of an enemy planet to your side, they become vulnerable to ships and planetary defenses provided that player has researched the neccesary technologies to deal with spies in their midst (Counter-Espionage or Informant Networks).
Mind you - if you give them light armor so that fighters screw them
Finally some chunk of info. I guess I'm not in hell yet. I wonder, who in his right mind would let an envoy cruiser into his territory if it can be used to take over his planets. Oh well, I trust there's more to it. Keep it up.
Answers will come in time, I agree, but the time doesn't seem to be coming any closer. We've been waiting 6 months, nothing. We've waited for PAX which was to reveal ALL . It revealed nothing. I won't b.tch for info anymore though. Do what you want and when you want it. Somebody page me in hell when that time comes, cause I feel it may be about that long.
In my experience, AIs tend to break alliances when the "love-meter" hits 85% or below.
In Sins vanilla it is really hard to protect a large empire, even as Vasari who can quickly jump all of their forces from one end of their system to another (if the gates don't get buggit). I must say it is at times almost impossible to do - simply because the enemy can bring number_of_AIs*2000 fleet supply points of ships, which means that against 4 AIs you can only bring out 2000 supply points, while they can attack you with 8000. There is no bloody way you can beat THAT, except with M
Note that this was stopped by passengers on the plane that noticed suspicious activity and took appropriate action and not by any sort of screening by the TSA.
Yes - some people on a leisure trip they paid for had to save their asses from being blown up. That is EXACTLY why they have to check your shoes - so you don't pay for a survival horror with one life only, but for a safe trip from A to B.
its totally a sins version of a beer helmet
yeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Gotta be!
I would say something more detailed, but... ... ---> QFT
That is all
Great! Now go kill yourself.
I get the feeling that the Sins saga isn't over after this
There is no SAGA yet.
You find it that funny? It never really came to me as important to rebuke such a childish attempt of an insult. If enjoying that I didn't is the biggest joy of your life.... .. just die.
Yeah, right. Captured criminals would be that much happier without handcuffs as well. All sorts of objects, from knives to bombs, have been brought aboard planes in hand luggage (laptop case?) and used to deadly effect a number of times in the past. If you don't want to open your laptop case, rent a private jet/helicopter. They won't bother. Oh and if you want to know why they're checking your shoes:
An example of active passenger resistance occurred
Lul whut?! Near enough to reach by foot or bike? What, you expect people to walk for a couple of days to reach the nearest city? Quite funny in comparison to the USA, where people are too lazy to walk or cycle to the mall.
Or to the Church. Nothing like rolling in with a BMW to sit down and listen how the poor shall be rewarded . Ain't that Tarja on your Avatar?
Well You SUCK and by flips own admission i dust him so believe who you like young paduan. And yes im am the inventor of the sova rush. So ask around and be alittle more informed before you post!
You invented shit. You're just one of a thousand players who launched the game, saw Sova, read the Embargo tooltip and tried to use it to some effect. I Sova rushed in my fifth SP game you kokhead. It's a stupid, blunt and obvious ability and any dead rodent with its b
We are becoming (not that its forced on us but...) paying testers.
As long as it's called "preorder now and join the public beta", it's ok. Creative Assembly sold their three last Total War games in what turned out to be pre-beta state. That's shit.
Everybody can kill another person. Hell, you can kill fifteen people just by slamming your car into a bus stop. Let's take all cars from everyone. Taking my example into such a scale is exactly where your "cost/benefits" becomes extremely unfavourable. An airplane is a very specific place. You can stop a bus and get out. You can stop a subway train and get out. You can't just stop a plane and get out. Further - you can immobilize a bus or train and thus render it har
Lvl 6 Ability: Disintigration - Very fun ability. It will pull 1600 health from other ships and heal itself with 1500 of it. This is only for health/hull, not shields. Use it on a ship that has low enough hull that it will die, like say, a Guardian.
- Fun, yeah. Sorta - 1600 - in theory. This damage is very effectively mitigated. Deals a lot less in effect. - I'm quite sure it heals less as well. - It doesn't attack the hull dire
And, technically speaking, Entrenchment was just 1 tech tree and no new screens
Technically, Entrenchent was just one tech tree, three different starbases upgradable with various gadgets, assault cruisers, mines and a whole new layer of strategy they bring. And with Entrenchment we WERE being decently informed. Here we had no info for the past 6-8 months and all kind requests for some resulted in an increase of even less informative posts. As
Wouldn't you need some sort of magnetic rail for that? One hesitates to think about the upkeep.
You do need a magnetic rail for that. The reason why it's not a total economical failure is because only the one place where the train is currently floating over needs to be powered. So, while powering the whole length of the rail would suck a city dry off juice, it is not really necessary, because only the magnets that are one kilometer ahead the train are being po
