Happens to me once in a while. To work around it, just retype your userID and password and it should let you log in.

hahaha, man, I would love to see you post there xD
Damn well said.
same, Connatic. Mine is 350 each and every time.
Personally, I stick it out in most games, and I've never gotten more then 10 points for losing. I don't know how that one guy got 75. But I agree with this thread in general and Jessep's idea in particular. A bonus of favor points for simply being there when the game ends. Shouldnt amount to as much as the winners, but it should be a good consolitory chunk.
Obviously those of you complaining about this thread 'rubbing it in the Dev's faces' aren't familiar with SD's policy on Copywrite protection and the reasoning behind it. Let me sum it up for you. They don't put copywrite protection on their games because they feel that they'll lose more sales from people who just dont want to mess about with the protection, then they will to pirates, who would have cracked the protection anyway and have a chance to be appreciative and buy the
Well, moving on from that little flame war... The only way you should lose Favor is to buy a Favor Item, Chaos. Currently, the Favor system is broken, but the Devs are busy with the netcode. Give them maybe two weeks.
First of all, the connections are loads better, and I appreciate it. I can play regularly now. One thing I've noticed on the player's part, though, is that when everyone tries to connect, no one can. The three stooges trying to get through a doorway, if you will. First of all, theres the in-lobby players, who every new player has to connect to, so the chances of sucessfully joining decrease as the game gets bigger. Then there theres people joining, who have to connect
Theres no firewall running.
oh, and my in-game chat STILL doesnt work
...is the error I keep getting in multiplayer. Let's see... Ports forwarded, firewall disabled, played fine through the beta. This happens to 75% of all games, where as the others just hang there (and I let it hang for a while to be sure). I've gotten into one game so far. That was fun atleast xP
Same problem here, also been playing since the betas
Thank you, Frogboy and Stardock in general, for this amazing game. I'm very glad I participated in the beta, and I'm very happy with the way the game turned out. I also support the anti-copyright protection policy, and show my support by buying the game from the source. =] Cheers!

I don't even know how to respond to you. You're speculation is in no way helpful to this discussion.[/quote] Well, we can change his sentence to make it fact then. 'Someone at GameStop removed the stickers before sending the
The issue was discussed, but I don't think so. I gather Pantheon is supposed to be completely random play, chosen Demigod aside. In any game you care to name, Pre-arranged teams are usually much better than Pick-Up-and-Go teams, so teams composed of friends could unbalance the tournament. Just guessing, but there you are. That said, you'll probably get in the same game if you all start searching at the same time. ~.0
Lucky for you, you get to re-select when the game comes out. Choose carefully this time. You can only see the Favor Items in game, and only inside a match. It's good to start a skirmish against computers just so you can look around the shop, the artifact shop, and the favor menu.
To #demigod, of course.
Well, personally, what I think makes the ingame chat crap is the fact that it doesnt work for me. Obviously it cant be reached anywhere.
I noticed that, on Sedna, sometimes I press the hotkey for Heal (3) and target it on a highlighted ally and it doesnt go off. Once, I tried placing it again 2 more times and it still doesnt work. Finally, it works the fourth time. It only seems to happen when the ally is within range (Otherwise Sedna gets within range and heals) and happens fairly often, which is very annoying when heals are critical.
I agree with Possibly. The connections were much better in the last build then they are now.
I LOVE DEMIGOD I never played DotA and I couldn't care less about it.
Problem definition : Sedna, Oak and Erebus will very rarely be used. I know a few disagree, but most agree, the reasons are obvious and I have heard no specific practical arguments from those who disagree. In a 2v2 or 1v1 game, sure. Otherwise, no. I see all three of those a lot, and I use Sedna very often. In fact, I see QoT waaay less often than any of those three. So unless, you're anticipating some change, that just isn't true. I can't give you any pra
I think it would be nifty if some effects were added to the favor items when used by Demigods related to them. For instance, an additional effect for Mard's Hammer when wielded by the Rook, and for Saam-el's Cloak when used by the Unclean Beast. These effects would make certain items more attractive to specific Demigods, since normally any Rook worth his stone wouldnt use Mard's Hammer anyway, and I think it'd be cool and strengthen the bonds to each character's history
It's notable, Possibly, that the amount of HP of towers on Strong will be scaled down from 14000 to 8400. So there ya go =]
Hmmm... Well, I agree that there is the intense focus on slaughter. The victories in Demigod are almost always landslide victories because one team has the money. I wouldnt say theres 'no hope of comeback' because I've seen it a few times. Two times, to be exact. So it's possible, but... I agree that the money for killing Demigods should be severly decreased, because its such a huge jump in funds from your normal income and its payed to multiple players. The bounty is somethng that sh
