[quote who="-Sorian-" reply="39" id="2386299"] Quoting CosMoe, reply 35Cloak of Night favor item has a cooldown bug after being hit by Deep Freeze from a Torchbearer. The cooldown on the Warp will stay very high even after Deep Freeze should not affect it anymore. Can you elaborate, because it sounds like it is working as intended. If you get hit with Deep Freeze you will get a debuff that will modify the cooldown of any ability you use while the debuff is acti

Deep Freeze can make cooldowns of over 100s on favor items, which is obviously a bug.

There's no way you can afford doing 2s form switches in close battles, also gives the enemy 2s run away. The time you lose doing this, a UB will hurt you that much easily with AA+ooze. If they stun right after your form switch you are absolutly toast. Also Regulus and Torchbearer are known to be the weakest 2 dgs. The ice damage boost I am suggesting is very small. Nova and Freeze do no damage by themselfes, you only get that for shatter combos, which should be rewarded more.
They suicide too.
This build is the best fire tb build I believe and only possible due to BotS favor. I tried it and it works really well. My skill order is somewhat different. Fireball is first priority and Fire Aura is second. + Endless mana if you trigger BotS correctly. Ring of Fire works well. + Has alot of health / armor due to not needing mana helms. This health helps the squishy TB alot. + Speed boost stack well. Once you have Fire Aura III, Boots and Wand of Speed you reach 9.0. E
Here are 4 suggestions I have that would make the Torchbearer more competitive. 1) Enable AA while moving 2) Form switching delay reduced to 0.5 - 1s 3) Formbonus length 20s -> 30s (constant switching is supersilly) 4) I also suggest some minor boost to Cold Spells... COMBO DAMAGES Level 2 max damage: 200+100 = 300 Level 4 max damage: 400+175 = 575 Level 7 max damage: 600+500 = 1100 Level 10 max

- I believe 3 points in Deep Freeze for 300 more damage and longer stun for alot more mana is probably a waste. - Fire Aura is huge late game, I'd take it over Frost Nova. It's like the best team skill, probably best overall the Torchbearer has! - Rain of Ice I is expensive at first, I'd try to pick up I right before you get II. - Frost Nova I. Another interupt for only I skillpoint, If you think its helpful get it early. - You might want to consider Ring of Fire I for rec
Awesome work, mrappard. I like all the blood on the ground... [e digicons][/e]
It's really cool you guys talked about it. That's always the first step. [e digicons][/e]
The reason I believe that kept the developer from making more effective damage boost items, is the damage of skills (which skill with dg level). You have to understand that the skill damage (assuming you have enough mana) stacks on top of the autoattack damage. This has to be considered when boosting damage items. Auto-attack is not the only damage source. One way to reach high dps, that is working right now, is minion stacks. This works well, and you have to make sacrifices to get th
I guess if you are leading, the xp bonus can be another nail in the coffin of the enemy team, but in a close you might wan't to invest your ressources somewhere else.
Do it again, and post a replay... and I'll happily comment on that. I'm sure that obs/king won't refuse your offer of challenge.
I agree that oak shield after level 3 is ridicously strong for actions where interupting is important.
One game doesn't say much, you can always screw up.
ooze working is likely a bug and should be fixed.
You guys are really good, however Sakke1's team impresses me the most. Too bad Sakke1 is pissed now, because of the instability of the game, which I can really understand. It ruins a good game.
But if you get maxspirits you should get atleast soul power I
Some low cost items are very effectiv for their price (I'm thinking: Scaled, Scalemail, Banded). Instead of having 3 or 4 empty slot I suggest filling up all slots, then replacing one item at a time. The assasin oak has alot of diversity and counter measuring, and buffs against the minions. The problem of full focus minion build is that you won't get any of these for a very long time. I believe it's worth it to sacrifices some damage for more survivability (shield), maybe soulpower I.
I dont like the missing flexiblitiy of the full moral build. I like the assasin build and I like hybrid. Minion is good for holding position and tower killing, but the minions are too slow/stupid for chasing.
I think the citadell upgrade you always should take is currency I, and currency II for 4v4 or bigger maps, and creeps eventually. Creep upgrades make sense once catas/giants are out.
