I have not yet upgraded from W7 to W10. One thing for sure, I don't have time for a clean install and then reinstalling all my software unless I want to spend a few hours a day for a couple of weeks. I wish there was a program that really did clean an installed system as those registry cleaners purport to do. My experience is they clean up plenty they shouldn't be touching resulting in having to reinstall software anyway. Even CCleaner (some version back) delet
Strange. I checked my history and my last update was 10/16, even though it checked for updates this morning. I'm running W7 64-bit Ultimate.
My mistake. The option you want is in WindowsFX, not Fences.
You can already hide the text from a Fenced icon: Right-click the desktop and chose Customize Fences. Then choose Adjust Color and Apperance. You have 3 options for showing labels: always, never or on mouseover.
I don't see anyway to do this. Any folder in a Fence opens an Explorer window, not another Fence. If you have Object Dock, you can create a menu to all the albums and it will nest the folders as sub menus.
Could you upload a screenshot? I don't understand the problem. I don't think Deskscapes will dim your icons.

I have had the same problem with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Sometimes I have to end the process with task manager and the restart it.
I bought an HDMI switcher to make switching between PC mode and my Roku Stick easier than navigating the monitor menu. However, now when I switch from Roku back to PC, Tile is no longer hiding the taskbar. I have to toggle the option on and off to hide it again. That did not happen when I used the monitors switcher. Unfortunately, the monitor switcher automatically switched to the Roku when the PC put the video output to sleep, hence the need for the manual switcher.</
I started to reproduce my existing OD+ docks with Nexus. It looks very powerful. Is there anything important I will lose if I switch programs?
What program interfered? That would be useful information.

Update: after more than a week of back and forth emails to support, they've confirmed the problem. Seems it is very slow applying a dream from Explorer. A couple of times I thought the dream eventually did appear but wasn't sure. I will have to use the configuratioon program for now.
I've been using OD plus for years. This looks like a good replacement. Is there anything I will lose using Nexus?

The problem I have with every backup software I've tried, including Easus, is that none will scan their catalogs to help you find a backup set containing a particular file. If I notice a file is missing I have to check each backup set until I find the one before the file was deleted. I wrote minicomputer backup software 30 years ago that could find the set or sets containing a file.

Windows 7 works well for me. My wife likes Windows 8. I have not yet upgraded either PC. I feel no urgency to upgrade even if it's free.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I have not yet installed W10 because of the WB incompatibility. Waiting for the fix first. Where is the storage folder? I keep a folder on c:\ called dreams.

I find scrolling through the program very slow. If there's away to show the dream name besides hovering over it I might like it a little more. When I download a new dream. I used to be able to click on it in the Chrome download tray and install and apply it. Now I have to start the configuration program and find the dream I just downloaded. I also keep the dream folder sorted by date so the most recent ones are on the top. If I download several
