I agree............I'm afraid to even use an idea I see from another image because I don't want to be accused of ripping it off....but that's just me. The web has so many portals where images are shared, viewed, D/L and whatever else that it's impossible to know when one has been ripped. Everone just keep your eyes peeled and don't be afraid to speak up cuz I know those low lifes who don't care will continue doing it because it's not hard to create a new account or change your name, etc...I'm

Speaking of rips I was browsing over at DA and found this freak stealing one of queezendorfs images......"Mollusk" and had emailed Josh that it was being ripped and he told DA and it has since been removed but he has another image that looks very familiar to something I remeber JamMeister did but if anyone knows for sure please tell him that his stuff is being ripped too. Even if you don't find the windowblinds interesting, you could still use all the other cool programs that WC has to offer. You said you have XP so if you want to you should check out LogonStudio which changes your logon screen to a custom one that members contribute, or even make one of your own. You can also pick from countless Winamp skins and WinMedia skins. I take it you don't want your computer overly skinned but those are a few that are for specific programs you may already have. The b

Yeah I agree it's just that in some of the comments he said he used Vicki 2. That is a poser model found in Poser, so that's what's making me think they used Poser. Still very pretty work though.

Actually what it "could be" is a straight image from Poser because you can render out an image that has that painted look....forgot the name of that render option but basically it gives an image a cartoony look. Well, next time I will email an admin vice using the messageboard. The only drawback (in my humble opinion) is that you lose the sight that the rest of the community has in possbily helping the situation. At any rate if your work was inspired by something or you followed a tut shouldn't you say so? I'm not really sure about that one.

Nobody accused him of cheating!!!!! Peoplz, I wouldn't convict someone without factual evidence. Someone had a doubt about someone elses work and the question was raised. That is all. If any of you felt someone ripped a wall or skin you would do the same. Nothing wrong with it and I would hope as a community we could work as a team on matters like this. I don't think anyone flat out said it was a rip.

I didn't even accuse Pandabean that he ripped someone elses work either. All I brought up was that someone else said it may be a rip. I feel I'm justified (and anyone really if you feel you are part of WC in any way whether you contribute skins, walls, money etc.) and can bring up the question of the validity of someones work. If you can prove you did the wall Pandabean and you have then it shouldn't be a problem right? You have nothing to hide right? Alright then.....move on, get over it,

Well the author stated he made it in 3DS Max so if the question is that it doesn't look like Max then what is it? I sort of thought the same, that it looked to "perfect". Again why not just ask the author to give an admin the source file to prove it's legit?

Sorry no luck....I tried using a simple search of a few game sites that I frequent and didn't see this particular image. Maybe the easiest thing to do is ask them to provide the 3ds max file they "created" this image with and anyone who has 3ds max can verfiy that it is genuine. I have 3ds max and would be willing to do it.
