Start kit: Priest minions. Summon then sell them (until this is fixed, then keep minions. They are worth it). Only on generals ofc. Scale helm. Doubles your mana regen at the start and gives you a slightly larger pool for only 550g. Scale mail . 600 armor for 400g at the start is quite good value for money. Then, as i make more money, Vlemish Faceguard.</str

I have a solution. Stop caring. If you get insulted by random swearing/insults online, the internet is not for you. Grow some skin and get over it. It will never go away and you just sound stupid complaining about it. Disclaimer: I'm very helpful and friendly to any and all people i meet. In RL and online. This kind of 'boohoo bad words hlep' attitude just pisses me off.

It is true that I will never hold back when I'm chasing down an enemy demigod, nor expect someone to hold back in fear of stealing a kill from me, but there is a little more to this. Not all demigods are created equal, and some are much better than others at closing the deal. I wish there would be a fairer way to distribute the gold reward other than assists get half. Maybe 60/40 would help. Or simply sharing the reward equally between participants. With a certain small

The CPU, which is by far the most important value in determining SIM speed, is not as fast as you seem to think. Assuming stock clock, an e8400 3.0ghz, which is not even remotely cutting edge si already something like 40% faster (passmark). There might also be some favorization towards intel when it comes to the programming as well since Intel CPU have a much larger market share. All in all, I'm not that surprised seeing those numbers in a 3v3 or especially a 4v4. Singleplayer runs much smoot

Tl:dr of the above. They should check for priest/archer/melee minions of all ranks when you summon X rank. All go poof, new ones of correct rank pop out. I would think this is obvious to the coding team already, they've just been ordered to work on something else. But I'm pretty sure selling idols and keeping the units isn't an intended mechanic either. They really just need to despawn when you sell the idol that allowed you to spawn them.

Yeah this is a problem with all items. Some are bought every time (4th and 3rd helm anyone) and some are never bought (like most boots without +speed). Some are just too good, and some are shit. Badly balanced item pool.

This is not possible atm. It is certainly possible to add, but they disabled it because it didn't fit with their vision of the game. Same with not being able to see stats, skills and equip while dead. Bit annoying, but thats the way they made it. And I doubt it was by accident.

It's not about "going your way", it's about a pointless match up. If the game's outcome is completely decided, it's not very much fun is it? Would you *honestly* play this game at all if you never win? Of course not. Would you *honestly* play this game at all if you were guaranteed to win? I wouldn't.&n

While I don't really think adjusting favor will be effective, I think the winning bonus for favor could easily go. It's too large by itself to begin with and the winning side usually gets most of the other rewards as well. It would also slow down the favor gain in general, which I consider a good thing personally.

It's ok to leave when: 1) You/your house/wife/child is on fire. 2) You accidentally swallowed your mouse and you need to go to the hospital. 3) All the enemy demigods and their giants are humping down the last 40% of your citadel. Show some fucking fortitude and stick around even if the game doesn't go your way jesus!

Well, random demigod/map (based on # of players)/gamemode/team(randomize the player slots at launch) need to come eventually, and it's pretty stupid that they weren't included at launch, but for now just roll a die and exercise some self control when you choose your own demigod :)

I would love a coupon code via PM. I have two very broke friends who are holding back on buying Demigod because of the price. I'll recive my coupon from Stardock of course, but that leaves one friend :)
you will die every time you face more than one opponent. You just answered your own question.
You won't die if YOU ARE FASTER THAN THEM AND CAN RUN AWAY! +1000 health/armor/whatever won't save you, but +speed will. Can't belive I had to explain that. Do you die every time you come across 2 enemy demigods? I pity your teammates. The point of my post was that +speed is -far- to cheap on the
For that much amount of +speed, you could have like +1000 armor, 500 Hps and 15 HPs regen. I don't need to flee if you are doing pathetic damage. If they are faster than you, you will die every time you face more than one opponent.

I agree, the Erebus potion should effect your teammates. His blood is poisonous! It's not like they are any different than the other team. Erebus himself however, should be immune to it. If there is an Erebus on the other team, he should be immune to it too, and it should work like normal (or possibly have no effect) for all Erebus' in play. I'm unsure of whether your allies should have a different visual for "friendly" poisoned potions, but I'd be ok with it. They can see Regulus' mi

Often there is one player whose ping keeps spiking which causes lag for everyone for a while, but I've noticed they often drop eventually. I have to deal with crap internet, and a crap computer I can't upgrade, so my sim speed is around 5. However I don't seem to dro

Swift anklet make all other favor items obsolete. There are good favor items, sure. But it doesn't matter. If you don't take it, the ones who did will be faster than you, and you can never run from them when they are killing you and you will never catch them when they run away. It's that simple. It needs to go. There should not be any favor item that bosts speed. Because if there is, it will be obligatory. Boots of speed need to go too. Speed items should be really expensive, so you r

My workaround is to treat someone with a sliver of health left as someone I can start trying to take down before they get away. Not before. But it is annoying. Plx fix.

A key element in the Supreme Commander engine (that Demigod uses) is that of 'strategic zoom'. Ever so helpful they have decided that you should use varying levels of zoom instead of the minimap. Ie. Zoom out to where you can see where you want to click instead. You see, they couldn't allow both. That would just be silly.

There is always someone with the maturity and patience of a rabid badger on PCP in every game yes. Someone has bad ping? RAARRRRRGH! *quit* Low SIM speed? BLLLALRAFGHG! *quit* Got killed? *RRRRRRAGAAAAAAG...*aneurysm*. This is why the disconnect. Cause they died. Atleast I hope so. But look on the bright side. Just think how bad it would be without the Xbox and Halo to draw them away.
