You guys can talk tech and quote your google research notes all you want, but at the end of the day, for most people, high pings equal laggy games. I dont need to have any IT knowledge whatsoever to to know that 90% of my laggy, unenjoyable games are when there are folks with very high pings.
No one's arguing this at all, what we're arguing is what is the acceptable ping in Demigod? The answer: less than 350ms. In an MM

WTF is wrong with you people?
I don't think he was pastronizing anyone, I think we was thanking the American players - who, at this point, make up a majority of the community - who understood that anything less than 350 is entirely playable. For many of 'us people' it's a rare thing indeed not to be kicked from a US game.

The ability to comprehend the stimuli, think rationally as how to react and begin reacting come after the detectio

I can't say that I can see any change of any kind. I've tried a bunch of games in Pantheon, Custom Game and Skirmish and there always seems to be one person that my connection gets 'stuck' trying to connect to, and it ruins it. I have managed to play zero games on this new patch. I'm sure you did a lot of work behind the scenes, however this doesn't appear to have helped me at all I'm sorry to say. Looking forward to these reflection/proxy servers getting 'turned on' and may

From the videos and my experience with DotA, this game sounds like poor copy-off of dota and it is extremely frustrating due to the fact that it's filled with connection issues. So, you haven't actually played Demigod, as per your amendment to someone elses post, and your basing your entire opinion of the game on ... videos?

Me, I'm probably going to research some kind of 24 hour disease in advance, fake the symptoms on the closest Thursday and take Friday off of work so that I can get in some serious play time. I have a lot of catching up to do. I'll also be taking my phone off the hook, apologising to my girlfriend, turning off the lights at the front of my house so people think I'm not home, stocking the fridge and cupboards with the requried gaming provisions and then get comfortable.
