If it worked, you did it wrong. Meditation does not DO or ACCOMPLISH anything. There's no benefiet from it....if you're doign it to get a result, you're not doing it. Meditation is simply about letting yourself "be" for a little while.
25 is about the age your start getting tired of doing the bar/club scene constantly, and would like to do more adult activities. However some of your friends will still be into the bar thing, and others might be the otehr side of the spectrum, like married and too-adult.
Here's how I do it Sit, or stand or lay, or kneel, any position that is comfortable but not so much that you could fall asleep. (it's easy to fall asleep on the way). First just sit and listen. Dont listen and put words to the sounds, just allow the sounds to tickle your ears. After all the sound of a phone ringing is not the phone...it is the sound, just enjoy the sound and how it produces sensation in your ears, forget about where it came from.&

Jesus, did not in fact ever say that he was "THE" son of god, but that he said he was "A" son of god. It was interpralated in the King James Bible to read " the son of god". (that's actually what italics mean, that the words were changed in translation) But the good news of the gospel is, in fact, that were are all sons of god, just like he was. However politically he was pedistalized to as to maintain a standard authoritive religion. ?

That is i'm not a beer guzzling, obnoxious, yelling, foot-ball going, guy who's deviod of any interest in women other than their tits. I'm the kinda person who has intelligent, challenging conversations with people...especially women cause they usually keep up better...simply cause that what I like to do.

If any attractive ladies live in the New Jersey area, a friend of mine pays well for doing photo shoots for his foot-fetish website. Not porn or nudity or anything (though I've seen him pay extra for girls who take their top off). Just pictures for guys who like feet *shrug*. I dont get it myself, but apparently theres a market for it.

I'm not a big star trek fan over all. Some of the movies are pretty good though. However I *AM* a big fan of "The Next Generation". After the first couple seasons that show was very well written. And patrick Stewart is just such an amazing actor that he can kind of make anything work. I looked at buying the Borg Cube DVD set from ebay.....$1,400....thanks but no thanks.
