Tractorman....consider this too..... I've made up strengths, weaknesses, and entire personalities before online. A couple of times just out of "fun" as a teenager, but also experimentally as an adult. Sure, you can do that in real life too, but it's alot more difficult.

It's true what Sean said. Absolute law is passed by legislators but legislators get the pulse of what people I want by individual events, such as Rosa Parks, and perhaps....New Paltz, NY trying to marry gays. Sadly they don't take that kind of lead nearly as much as "activist" groups who donate to their campaigns.

The sad thing is that the way in which Pres Bush piggy backed Iraq into the war on terror, only increased some people's notion that all Arabs are US-hating terrorists. Forgetting any real justification for the war in Iraq, it's hard to deny that's what Bush did.

Living in a bubble isnt good for either party of a potential love. Lets say you really fall in love and get married to the first person you kiss. At some point in your life it WILL weigh on you...the thought that you may have jumped too soon and that there might have been a better kisser. I find two things very interesting Somebody misquoted me as "I dislike Jews and Pakistanis" instead of "I don't like Jews or Pakistanis". That misquote has caught on, so to speak, and I dont think most people differenciate between the two anymore. A few posts earlier, when talking about religious customs I refered to Hisidic Jews as "dispicable people" who's methods were "disgusting" and nobody said a word.

I do have say that you cannot judge contributions as being generous. Too many times such contributions are done purely for tax benefiets and/or buddy back scratching.
