Only reason I hate EA is because of what they did to Spore.
not even a damn bit of continuity between the 3 halo games. i mean how the hell do you manage to forget how to make tracking rocket launchers.
It has nothing to do with continuity or them forgetting, the rocket launcher models between Halo 2 and 3 are different. They changed it for balance reasons, having a one or two hit kill that homes in on players is a little ridiculous. The homing feature was taken away from the ro
im sick of ppl that dont understand that the only option is tower high
You shouldn't have to change the default settings to balance things. And in case you didn't know, you can't change the default settings in Skirmish or Pantheon. Even with towers on high, I doubt it would do much besides delay the inevitable.
Bring on the flame....
Lanes are just the pathways on a map that your DG can walk on. And you don't get XP from the lane itself, but by killing the creeps(the guys that spawn from the portals) on it, as well as any Demigods you manage to kill. So by staying in a lane, you have the chance to kill more creeps, and get more XP.
Priest Healing with Healing Wind 2: Monk: 15% Cleric: 17% High Priest: 3 0% Bishop: 22% Seems rather obvious that someone typed a 3 instead of a 2 into the code. I personally don't have a problem with it, but it's obviously unintended, and therefore a bug. It would be a nerf if it was intended at the game's release, but later decided to be overpowered and toned down. <span class="Apple-style-span" style="widows: 2; text-transform

It was never said that nobody else had any problems with DRM. the_Monk only stated that many of these problems are user created, and not the fault of the DRM itself.
Well, I think it has become apparent that some of the people on this thread woke up on the wrong side of the bed today.....
The idea would be to slow or stun the enemy long enough to remove your ally from range and/or interrupt their finishing blow. Most stuns also last long enough at max level for a quick TP out.
Most stuns/interrupts have either have a limited range(foul grasp, pounce) or a fairly long and noticable cast time(frost nova, mass charm) when compared to ranged skills. A very small comparative increase for amazingly lower odds.
That was my point. The only way you're going to have any real chance of oneshotting someone is with a 12x crit. Even then, the chance of doing so is extremely low, you need a 18000 artifact, and even with all that you're not doing much more than 3k damage or so.
Actually that tactic is currently available. If you have many %chance-crit items, they stack. If they all go on the same attack, you can get several thousand damage in one hit, often head-shotting your unlucky victim.
Well, the chance of getting a 12x crit is about 1 in 2000. Not to mention that you need an artifact to do so....
*Ignores hijackers* Looks pretty awesome, and it got some great reviews as well. I'll try to pick this up when I get some extra cash.

No, it's not literal. It's just a 3% chance to stun that is added on to his AA and Snipe. Deadeye by itself won't kill anything if it activates. Also, it's not usefull.
30% reduction in an opponent's speed for 3 seconds does more for a fleeing teammate than 1500 health ever will.
Unless the enemy has a powerfull ranged skill(Spit, Fireball, Penitence, Snipe ) or slows/stuns of their own....

Okami: The fights in Okami are so easy it's depressing, even the bosses. I played through the game at least 3 times and only died once when I was doing one of the more challenging side quests. I'll admit the third time was on god mode but that's beside the point. Another thing I hated were the Blockheads. In order to get past them you had to remember a specific pattern of dots(weak spots) that appeared on the Blockhead's surface and hit them in the exact same

And someone who plays UB isnt interested in nerfing Acclimation. So this here is mostly a "lobby discussion". Even if i played UB, I would like some
your definition of balance is like this then: lets make a demigod with 90% of his abilities having a negligible low impact throughout the course of the game.then upon reaching level 15, he gets the best ability in the game. this is because 90% of the other abilities arent that good.
What the hell are you talking about?
why dont you compare regulus mines vs other aoe attacks?
Words
I'm not going to have this idiotic debate again, and explain to another whiner why towers aren't unbalanced, because quite frankly I'm sick of it. I don't have a problem with towers, and based on the lack of nerf threads or suggestions it can be assumed that the majority of the players don't either. So signs strongly suggest this is a "learn to play" issue.
Haha, just cause you can swarm them with your gay minions?
Stop charging into a tower farm at level 2 like an idiot and learn to stack health and armor like everyone else or stop complaining. Even if you reduce the stun time it won't convince people to upgrade it, since at FG's max rank it is one of, if not the most mana intensive skill in the game,
