But we can agree we disagree I don't think SoC it's a bad game, but it's very far from a masterpiece.
Yeah, let's try to re-rail this thread [e digicons][/e] and a +1 for being a good debater, a difficult task here on the interwebs where anyone can start a flamewar. Anyway Don, can you summarize your PS1 collection for us so we know not what to suggest?

I don't have time to laugh through the whole list at the moment, but here are my top 2. The dev's of demigod are clinging to horrible netcode, and the fact of the matter is demigod has serious internet lag, in almost every game i see 60-100 pings with everyon
Ehh, I'll put Demigod down for other games, even EA games, just played through Crysis, and will certainly be buying Warhead. But when the game promises everything and gives nothing, I let it die.
I find problems dealing with a rook with any melee type. Usually I play EB with all the health/armour/regen bonuses as well as skills for regen, bite and minions. Any non-noob rook cleans me up easy unless I am many levels above them. I end up getting hit with boulder then hammer slammed, then they've been using speed boots/divine and just run me down. If they don't use that, they just spam towers. So a two on two on the tournament lad

The problem is that you're using an onboard chip, and as such have an inherantly weak video card. To avoid buying games that can't be handled again, I recommend you do the following: Press start->run. Type in 'dxdiag' (without the quotes) This lists your hardware specs, ranging from graphics card power, to processor speed, to RAM. Enjoy!
No it doesn't remain, it only shows you really need to read Don Quixote (you would probably enjoy it with some commentaries about what Cervantes was trying to say and why, it's a very nice book).
I did read it, and loved it. The summary execution exists for the sole purpose of explaining that one may whip up a one-liner summary of any great work, and make it sound terrible. If you've read any of the other books I listed, you m

As a spanish guy, my head just blew when I read this summary of Don Quixote
Perhaps that one was in poor taste (more insane than dumb, but yes, putting a bucket on your head as armor is rather insane :P.) But the point remains, I should hope?
One of the nice things about Demigod is that Stardock doesn't mess with invasive DRM. If you need to switch the computer you've installed Demigod on, or maybe just hold a LAN party to introduce it to some friends, you can do it. Many people here appreciate that, including myself [e digicons][/e]
Yea, Stardock is good people. Just bad times with this game. They said they would process the refund. Their policy is a 60 day limit on paypal account refunds and 90 days on regular credit/debit card account refunds. I was getting close to 3 months but didn't hit the limit just yet. I'll just be a little more wary with the next cool online game GPG develops. Who knows, a few months down the road I might sw

I'm pretty much over it. I'm asking for a refund.
I doubt you can get a refund if you've had it 3 months mate. I know I wouldn't give you one :P

I remember when I first heard about SPORE; to someone as obsessed with character/creature-making as I am, it sounded like the perfect game. In fact, it continued to sound like the perfect game until it was released. But due to the nature in which it was released, and the Sims-esque legion of never-ending expansion packs, I have never purchased it, and I likely never will. The fact that it's an EA game is just one more nail in the coffin.
There is also the old standby Add and Remove function that comes with Windows. Yeah everyone will say don't use that, find something else. I also have CCleaner. Now a qustion for you, why would you have one partition of your HD with things you don't really want? Just delete them. I know, I had to ask. My experience is if the software comes with an uninstaller, use it. I could be wrong but
I've only had this computer a couple months, and have already maxed out one partition of the hard drive with things I don't really want. I've been told (but never bothered to check) that uninstallers companies put in with their software are inferior to their generic freeware counterparts. Anyone know if this is true?

They announced that anyone having connection difficulties could refund the game during the first few weeks of non-beta sales. It was on Frogboy's posts, I'm fairly sure. You may have somehow slipped through the loop by being a Beta player-- but...Umm..You did buy a beta game, which was before the refund was offered, I believe.
Yes, because clearly if we spend money on looking at rocks in space, humanity can finally reach its goal of living forever. Or we could just raise funding on the search for vast deposits of unicorn blood. In the end, Zyx, we all die. And we have far better ways of killing ourselves than the Universe seems to care to throw at us, for the moment. Furthermore, if we did pump large sums of money into this, you're aware that we still may not se

It doesn't tell any story, because the whole game is just the sentence "Your next giant victim is..." repeated a lot of times. We've spent less on these programs in the last 10 years than we do buying a new aircraft carrier, or lofting one satellite. It's less than a pittance compared to something like social security. Most stuns also last long enough at max level for a quick TP out. Most stuns/interrupts have either have a limited range(foul grasp, pounce) or a fairly long and noticable cast time(frost nova, mass charm) when compared to ranged skills. The only stuns/interrupts that would be reliab
