The fact is, the odds are so astronomically low that it would hardly be worth the funding and effort required. We have real problems, and they're earth-based.

[quote who="CosMoe" reply="6" id="2317500"] _pseudomelon, that's why I explained: Moreover, you seem to play mostly damage dealer Demigods. Actually, the aim of such a reward is getting people like you to play a support Demigod. The reward for saving your teammate is your teammate's continued presence on the battlefield, as well as the removal of the bonus gold and experience your enemy and all assisting Demis would get. In this respect, it can frequently be a better reward than a kill. No change is needed.

Oh, god. Vagrant Story is...difficult. Think of it as an action RPG, like Diablo, only way, WAY more complicated. Basically, when you attack/cast a spell/etc, it goes into a time stop sequence where you target individual body parts and can then "combo" attacks using the 4 face buttons; if you've ever played Legend of Dragoon, you can probably understand what I'm talking about. It has a very in-depth item-creation system, and your item choice determines what attacks you can learn and p

Oh yes, how could I have forgotten! Vagrant Story is one of the best PS1 games of all time. However, I must state that it is also disgustingly complex. If you can handle something that has an extremely complex battle system and no tutorial, I would definitely pick this one up. That's what gamefaqs is for anyways. Edit: Not sure if it was mentioned yet, but Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver had an excellent narrative with a cool main character, provided you're willing to plow

Edit: Removed original post because I was being a flaming ***hole. Shame on me. The simple fact is that you got outplayed by people using warp items, and I can see why that would frustrate you. However, people who spend favor on a warp instead of, say, BotF, don't hold up as much in a straight-on fight. Also, remember that they can only jump in OR out of a battle, due to the 60 second cooldown on CotN. The solution to CotN ganking is simple: stay in a group, eliminating

Sorry for the double-post, but what emulator are you using? I've always found it to be a bit of a pain to get one up and running, and would very much appreciate it if you could email me a completed emulator (and yes, I already have hard-copies of games and a PS1, as well as a PS2)

Fallout 3: RPG mode was hideously imbalanced and counterintuitive (try the sniper rifle at point blank-- it's amazingly effective because it always hits!) Roach king, despite being an awesome and hilarious character, is a single encounter with the same difficulty as the average raider. Damn. Map system was pretty funky.

Given that your rig is running over 80 degrees (most likely C, I've never seen a program with a default setting of F), you need some serious cooling power, and NOW. The first step is obviously to check that all your fans are running. This may involve opening the case, but you won't have to touch anything. Also, provided you are VERY careful, you do not need a grounding wire to handle your components for short amounts of time. I wouldn't particularly recommend it, but you can ground yo
