Looking to join back for some DEMIGOD after finals. Do people still play? Is everyone still as pissy as usual? :D So, if any of you remember me being broke-ass and frantic about living in a car, it turns out I did ok. I am now have a job as a lucrative government contractor. :P
OMG_RedneckNinja
>_>

Wassup, n00bs?
Those are like the worst ideas that I've heard in this thread.
Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul is a MUST. It makes the game genuinely hard and removes the idiotic autoleveling. It's a scary world out there. Don't even think of starting the main quest; do a little bit of dungeon crawling first.
Strategic zoom is my life. :P
Oh I forgot to make another big point. We NEED to be able to play games that don't go on our win records. As it stands, people are afraid to play with noobs because they significantly hurt their chance of winning. Allowing a "fun" option that does not record stats is very important! Since this is a team game, voice support and good chat support are very important.
Frogboy! So glad to see you pay attention to us! :) I think you should go ahead and make Demigod 2. Here are my constructive suggestions for it: 1. Connectivity and Matchmaking need to be great. Lots of people have made a great case here. 2. We don't need 50 Demigods. The unique tree customization makes each Demigod way more interesting than any LoL or DotA character. However, there needs to be constant post-game balancing, because we know it's impossibl
Honestly not trolling... my only experiences with the company was from playing Demigod and no need to get into how that was supported post release. I haven't played any of the SupComs... was there any effort put into those games to balance them?
Forged Alliance was pretty balanced (besides Seraphim). I think in SupCom vanilla one of the races was slightly more powerful. Can't remember at the moment. Why the HELL haven't you played these games, Thu

What's up my homies? Is the community here still going? How's it hanging. :D
I remember McShane got drunk once and screwed over his team. The RAEG was pretty funny. :D
Good old Wip. Still making me laugh. [e digicons]:D[/e]

There's this single player game coming out, and it's my moral responsibility to let you all know about it: http://store.steampowered.com/app/57300/ Try the demo. Preorder and save 20%. Creepy as shit. I don't buy any games on Day 1 release, but I am strongly considering doing so for this.
Elemental came out with another patch that probably fixed some things, but broke something for me.
Another game like this makes me not want to touch anything else Stardock does with a 10 foot stick...
... BAD Teseer.
I've always been a supporter of Steam. However, their DRM has approached idioticness recently. Now you have to go online in order to turn on offline mode. This means that if you lost your internet access for a brief period you can't play your games offline until your internet access is restored. I recently lost my stable internetz, and I couldn't play a single one of MY games! Ridiculous! This is freaking Assassin's Creed 2 bad! My Steam is in offline mode permanently, which means I won't eve
The reason I know that a 30 sec cooldown on the Teleport Ammy is an excellent idea is because I made a mod for it once. The teleport amulet has significant rewards for players that have good map awareness. The more you pay attention to what is going on the more valuable it becomes. In comparison, BotF is rather boring in this regard. It doesn't reward you for paying better attention. Just giving AoT dodge doesn't add anything to gameplay. A reduced cooldown doesn't just
Thanks, hedgie!
Bah, whenever I try to launch a game of Demigod, it freezes up at the Cataract map loading screen with the "[no text]" written in the middle of the screen. I've tried reinstalling with no luck. Help!
I feel like the Amulet of Teleportation should be balanced by reducing the cooldown on the teleport. Giving it the cooldown of a teleport scroll makes it competitive with BotF.
Congrats, Frogboy! I've been definitely looking forward to it.
Pretty sure that Terran are considered strongest.
Oh, you cyber? I put on my robe and wizard hat.
You poop your names? :P
