If you make sure the player who ows the Novalith Cannons does not have correct intel on your planets beyond the frontlines than you don't have to place starbases there, assuming no scouts will ever reach those planets. Novaliths are only able to target planets thatare recently scouted for some reason (I think it has to do with a change of the planets' ownership).

On the other hand sareth, the Advent have faster researh speeds than the TEC, which should compensate for their lack of a better economy somewhat.

Also, the planetary bonus icons still need a fix (lots of bonuses show the Habitable Cavern System icon instead of their own icon). More planetary bonuses wouldn't harm either, their icons are already in the game anyway. Someone else made a thread about this a long time ago, I'll try to look it up.

Don't count on it. Unless someone is willing to modify the string files. Though that would most likely be after the first release of the final version of the game.

I also think the Corsev still needs a buff. The Elite Crews superability is really nice though. No need to tweak that one. Boarding Party should target more targets to make it more effective I think. The repair ability would then automatically become more useful as well, once the boarding party ability gets buffed. Demolition Crew is good enough I think.

Yea it may be better if the super ability would cause the titan to become temporarily immune to damage (or at least have greatly increased defenses) while having the titans weapons do more damage (or greatly increase the titans rate of fire). In this case, it would be a bit like the TEC Ankylons Furious Defense, though slightly different depending on which of the ideas listed above would be implemented.

My problem is that the AI practically stops assaulting other players' planets after a few hours. It just sits there and does nothing (except building capital ships and titans). Also, I would like to see the AI build larger fleets instead of spamming capital ships (which are easily destroyed because of their low levels) which contest of different support cruisers combined with vast amounts of frigates and corvettes. That is what the AI used to do in Trinity and that actually worked great.<

How on Earth did you manage to let a planet disappear? We need more people like this bloke. They find bugs where others thought they were not even possible to create. [e digicons][/e] Oh, send the dev's the savegame file where the bug occured. I'm sure they are very eager to see that bug of yours.

Only if you order the fleet leader to go somewhere the other ships will automatically follow. In your description, this was clearly the case. If you have a capital ship that is not the fleet leader move to a different planet on it's own, it will automatically leave the fleet it was in. So just make sure you order a fleet leader to leave the fleet first before having it move somewhere on it's own.

"Especially if the warnings are true" still means there won't necessarily be a Sins 2. Just pointing it out here so people don't blindly expect a sequal and end up being disappointed in case Rebellion turns out to be the last title of the series...
