Yes they are. By the way please read Yarlens' sticky thread about the known beta issues because this is maybe the sixth thread about the looping Victory sounds...

Moving turrets are not possible within the current engine. This feature has been requested a illion times before by the way... I do agree that the weapon sounds need to be updated. Especially the TEC laser sounds.

Also, clicking the notification when a new titan has been built and pressing spacebar doesn't focus on the planet where the titan has been constructed. While the focus does work when titans are destroyed.

Besides what Tridus mentioned, you need to have 2 Capital ship command points and 150 fleet supply available in order to be able to build it.

You should edit your rebellion.user file and change the resolution there to the one you use for your monitor. Open this file with notepad (at C:\\Users\*YourUserNameHere*\MyDocuments\MyGames\IronCladGames\Setting) and change the variables VideoFullScreenWidth and VideoFullScreenHeight to the size your monitor uses. Hope this helps!

Right now it isn't underpowered anymore I think. Though the Boarding Party ability still needs to be fixed. It seems to work only on Advent ships at the moment, TEC thips aren't capturable. They do take damage though...

The ships that become under your direct control (those are the Pirate Mercs) will never attack your allies because they are converted to ships of your side, meaning the AI does not have any control over them so they are unable to attack your allies like all your other ships. Also, the rebel ships spawned by TAR won't appear in your allies' gravity wells. Only the insurgents will, even if they are spawned by your researched tech.

It has to do with the sacrificing of ships and populace in order to do massiv damage to your enemies. Al Quaida "offers" people as well in order to terrorize others (basically they are just extremely fanatic believers and are convinced they will be awared in heaven for their sacrifice).

What ZaiRox said is most likely how it will be when the final version of the game is being released. To most people, the achievements aren't that big a deal though and a lot of them can be earned extremely easy by fighting a single easy AI player on a small map. Just a tip for if you want to get lots of achievements the easy way after they are being reset.

I think the main point of defenses in a gravity well is where to put them. moving turrets (or LAC's or whatever you want to call them) would probably be very overpowered, especially combined with a fleet. It is annoying enough to fight your way through the defending ships, but with those movable turrets people could just defend one side of the gravity well, while building new turrets on the other side, out of enemy firing range, then move those turrets to the battle and keep rep

I believe SemazRalan also requested moving turrets. It can actually be done with mods I believe. Not a fat chance that the dev's will implement something like this in Rebellion though. Basically a hybrid between ships and structures is a bit pointless if you ask me. Though you could see the Orkulus starbase as one and that one is quite effective at what it does. Not sure if it would be as useful with turrets though...
