sig101 - I'll do that...I know some (including me) have copied themes and such to Stardock Folder. If, for whatever reason, they then deleted the the old ones there not going to show up in the app. until they move them back and in any case the new ones won't show either. Could get ugly I think we might need a road map pretty soon <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/bigsmile.gif" border=

The new WinStyles 1.49a beta updates to the Object Desktop folder instead of the Stardock Folder.....why???....I don't know If you have a shortcut (like in ObjectDock) you'll have to redirect to Old Object Desktop folder or go thru Display. Saving themes in this version is alot more labor intensive /me think
Registry Settings System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ Desktop\NameSpace] To delete an icon from your desktop step through the sub-keys until you find the key representing the icon you want to remove. Delete the sub-key and the icon should disappear after your press F5 to refresh the desktop. Recycle Bin {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} Backup System Key before making any changes. Name and save it

can't find the thread on it (hate when that happens). As I remember it the server pop-up said 'server busy switch to' and when you clicked yes either nothing happened or all kinds of strange things went off ! I think it was related to pop-up proggies running and that the script problem was related to anti-virus proggie set-up. Wish I could help more but that's as good as my memory gets <
hang on White_Moth.....I remember this problem from a couple of weeks ago..ahhh..give me a minute.......
Check out https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=153881#154555 and I think you'll find answers to server and performance problems
Make sure in user accounts that 'use windows welcome screen' is checked
Might try installing the 'new' 811493 right over top of the old and then either un-install it or see if the new patch works
Dark Mist - if I remember right when you first install XP and then the SP1, it asks you if you want to backup files in case you want to un-install the service pack. If you clicked yes then all your updates are archived and thus removeable. Click on SP1 and see if it shows the 'remove' tab.....if it doesn't I think you're stuck. If it does then I wrote a paragraph for nothing !!! <A HREF="h
In your Bios make sure 'Power Management' is enabled, scroll down to monitor off settings and change to 'Vert+Syn+Blank' (the wording differs from bios to bios, but look for 'Blank'). Do not set any times. Save and exit. That should fix it <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="ab

Yeah..it would be a real pain to do it that way...maybe somewhere along the line they will incorporate that in it....let's put it on our Xmas list
In the example you gave just exclude 'taskmgr.exe' in FX
