ok..now that we have your threads down to a manageable level.....open OD, hit the create tab and create new shortcut. When it comes up on your desktop drill down to the .exe file you want. You can then use whatever image you want for that app.

this sounds more and more like a graphic card problem...try going into Control Panel/Display/Settings/Advanced/Troubleshooting and move slider a notch to left...keep moving to left until the problem goes away. If it doesn't do anything, at least you'll know it's not the card Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your card or if you just put new drivers in, roll them back to the last drivers in
