because either you connected to http ://www.wincustomize.com before instead of https ://www.wincustomize.com or WC did something to render their SSL certificate invalid. i doubt that though, i don't remember they ever had support for secure browsing. i get similar messages in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Opera Next if i try to connect to https ://www.

Google. love the knowlege graph and now especially the current Google Maps beta. other search engines are poor for non-English (Bing for example) or non-Russian (Yandex) users or do not offer multiple languages at all (Naver, Baidu).

for individuals no really. for institutions and larger businesses definitely. i don't think it was a smart move to drastically change the ui and drop support for XP at almost the same time. it wont be Ubuntu, but rather Red Hat and SuSE though. softwarewise, for me it lacks Photoshop (unfortunately that is the most important one) only, the rest of my main software (LibreOffice, Chrome, Inkscape, Eclipse, VLC, SciTE, ...) exists for both OSs. if you're a gamer tho

well, if privacy is a main concern DuckDuckGo or FAROO should be your first choice for search engines. i wouldn't call their results superior to Google though.
