I believe in the usefulness of human "enhancement", that is, genetically altering the human body to be different from what is at present "normal"
On this subject, I know of an American project that will allow humans to regenerate lost limbs. It uses the attributes of some reptiles and amphibians to allow humans to grow back flesh, bone and skin in the same way that a lizard would if it lost its tail. This is being developed as
World peace... Difficult. You see, there's always going to be one group or person who's unhappy. How do you decide who leads this completely peaceful world? In the case of resources, how do you decide who get's what for equality? Who will decide what these people get? Ultimately, the problem is people. Unless we're going to go Advent-style and get a collective consciousness, then there will always be a small group of people making the decisions. Naturally, people will want to be in that group

Interesting... You Scored as Eldar You are a member of the noble, but arrogant Eldar. The Eldar are an incredibly ancient race, with superior technology to most of the other races in 40k. They have no qualms about sacrificing millions of humankind, to preserve a few Eldar. They constantly need to monitor themselves and seperate into aspects, as their emotions are extremely dangerous to themselves and others.
I'll resurrect your dead forum game.
Anyways, enough of this. We appear to be driving off the others with our obsessiveness. To put an end to this: "In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war..."
Fine, I have to admit that you would get pretty bored of sitting around waiting for the Emperor to finish his game of chess with Gork/Mork so that you could play against the Techmarine who you want to laugh at when he loses.
Banned because I will only do one of those bans. Numerarius, I hereby ban you as part of the 5000 ban fine.
But the orks play CHESS! How awesome is that!?! And the Tau are an evil opressive dictatorship where the ethereal caste treat everyone below them like scum. So there are some bad guys.
I could go on and on about an alternative universe to wh40k
The peaceful worshippers of the gods of Order spread their peace to all the planets in the galaxy. Many are the worshippers of Khorne, god of tranquility.
Banned for attempting to raise a rebellion against the state of Viagra. It is the true name of the unified world nation, which is all part of a government conspiracy. That's right, we're all one country. Called Viagra. Really.
more unfair legislation because it is working SO well so far.
That's the big problem. The moment a game with DRM comes out, someone finds a way to crack it. This is spread to all those that want to beat the system. Ultimately, only those who have bought the game with no intention of anything illegal suffer, while the company doesn't actually triumph over piracy.
I have the same copyright problem as morpheas... I'm pretty sure I know the song though, so that's alright. "In the noble brightness of the far future, there is only high adventure..."
Hit and run
Sorry people, I couldn't make it. Being in a different time zone to most of the world (except west africa I think) is pretty annoying.
Me. Most likely to end the aforementioned war?
Agreed. After all, they've got your money, so I see no reason why you shouldn't download the game for free if it's impossible to purchase it reasonably. (ie. not for some ridiculous $500 collectors price off ebay) They have your money. You have a working game. Same applies for compatibility. If they won't support a game's compatibility, then it seems only fair to download a cracked compatibility version from somewhere. Once again, they have your money, and you ultimately have the game
