The problem is clearly NOT solved. I have exactly the same issue here now - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Fences 3.0.8.1. AMD Radeon R9 390 card as primary, 3 monitors attached. Plus Intel card used as secondary, no monitors attached. (used for virtual machines GPU memory) Issue is same one - with Fences disabled, right click menu of desktop shows instantly. With Fences enabled, it takes 4-5 seconds+ to see anything. To the clueless person labeling WIndow

Please reset my Fences 2.x activations. Ticket submitted - ID #FCD-947-95318 Thanks in advance!
I should point out that the license does not permit the use for multiple people however and the expectation is your dads pc would have its own license. OK, good, but doing this retroactively is a very bad way to handle customers. You don't expect Fences 2.11/2.12 working fine on about 3-4 PCs, then updating to 2.13 and Fences suddenly saying you are in a Trial again and then block you when the Trial runs out. I am not working in any office, work at home - I don't want to use Fences on 10-20-more PCs, just 3 or 4 would be nice. All these 4 PCs belong
What OS are you on? What version of Fences now and before? Did you reinstall your OS, or was it just Fences?
Oops, I now see this may simply be a server/activation issue, and not deliberate on Stardock's part. Can someone please maybe reset my activation count? Also, how many PCs can I use Stardock Fences 2.13 on - one, two, three, up to five/etc?
How many computers can I use Stardock Fences 2.13 on? Please could you reset my activation count too?
I was happily running Fences 2.1x versions on several computers of mine (one is father's PC). Then I updated my laptop Fences to latest 2.13 version and it suddenly decided it is NOT activated, saying I am using the license on another PC, and switched back to Trial mode for 30 days! When those run out, it now works in read-only mode - can't move icons, can't chan
Hello! What is the correct way to deactivate and uninstall Fences 2.1x from a PC, and get 1 activation back? I want to remove Fences 2.1x from a Windows 7 PC and use it on a Windows 8.1 laptop. Thanks in advance for the steps required. :)
I have a problem/question re. Fences and using TWO monitors. Using latest Stardock Fences 2.12 on Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate SP1. Videocard is Nvidia GeForce GTX 670. I added a new monitor today - the new monitor is connected via HDMI (it has no DVI port), old monitor is connected via DVI. Both are 27" monitors and
For some reason, Fences updated fine to 2.12, but I got a Problem Code 9 in Stardock Central doing it - what was that all about?
I purchased several games from Stardock several years ago, including: * Galactic Civilizations I (maybe 1-2 expansions too) * Galactic Civilizations II (again plus expansions) * Cities XL (not sure which version/year, but not 2012 or 2103) * Demigod something, I think (not sure?) * Red Faction Guerilla (this one is OK - downloaded and re-installed via GameStop) Are my licenses/purchases (CD Keys/downloads) gone now? Is there a way to redownload GalCiv I and
What version of Fences? What version of Windows?
Switching to another Page is broken now, as another user reported above. It just snaps back to the first/main page. Using Windows 7 64-bit, Ultimate, SP1 + NVidia GeForce videocard with TWO monitors. EDIT: Oopps, in the changelog I see this is as designed. Sorry. Now only if you could add support for Pages for 2/3+ monitors, that would be swell.
OK, this is strange! Stardock Central prompted me to install Fences 2.09. Then it appeared to install OK, and wanted a restart of the OS. I duly restarted. Then I see the version of Fences still as 2.01? What went wrong? Using Windows 7 64-bit, Ultimate, SP1 + paid version of Fences 2.x.

Please try making a screenshot with just Printscreen key (do NOT hold Alt). Alt+Printscreen is meant for taking a screenshot of the ACTIVE window of a program, which the Desktop never is. You can not paste the captured screenshot into your forum posts - you need to upload it to an image hosting web site, such as Imageshack.us, Imgur, Tinypic/etc, then post a link to the uploaded image here.
Your screenshots did not work! Please try another picture hosting web site, for example Tinypic, Imgur, ImageShack.us.
I already uninstalled Fences but I'm pretty sure I tried that and it hides the entire fence, including icons too.
Yes, sorry, I misread what you wrote. I am not sure if many users would use this, but maybe it could be a nice feature.
Wizard and others ---> Thanks! However, I have ONLY purchased ONE product so far - Fences. So, it does not seem sensible to me, although it will maybe be sensible for customers who use 2-3+ Stardock products.
24 business hours is the goal. We are closed on the weekends so the first part of the week is longer than the end usually as we catch up.
OK, thanks! Yeah, same here - most of the support work is on Monday/Tuesday. :)
Responded with a fix.
I do NOT have any problem/issue yet, but the question begs to be asked ---> What is your policy on support tickets reply time? 24 hours max? 48 hours? 1 week? I work in tech support for a small company, and we reply to ALL tickets in 24 business hours. I realize Stardock is a much bigger company with many more tickets to handle.
Did they say - is there a required (maximum) support reply time? For example, some companies promise a reply in 24 hours, others - 48 hours.
Which Windows OS? Could you please provide a screenshot?
