"Invalid product" error in Fences Stardock Forums

I am trying to unlock my previous purchase for Fences 2 with my product key for Fences® Pro found at https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products When I enter all my information, I receive the Invalid product error. I have tried restarting after install with no luck.

There should be an option to make the title on the bottom even if it's a fence not all the way to the top. Also, the padding is off when looking at a set of 3x3 with titles off. It's obvious the icons are further to the top left. Just a little something that bothers me...
