Office 2010 ribbon UI had a white glow behind the tabs and the tab section was a white to light blue/grayish color. Fun part will be making the theme dark mode compatible. Would not be surprised if Microsoft does not get in trouble for that software dark pattern. Luckily I wont have to worry about that on my plex machine. My outdated CPU/Motherboard not having TPM module pretty much locks t to windows 10 only. On windows 11 on my main machine but had done so way back then when win11 was first available test.

Thanks for verifying the issue. I should note that that option does change the background color in windows 11. I have done so on multiple themes as least on light mode. Below is my steam theme set to dark mode and it pulls from explorer background under windows 10. Updated theme based on feedback for the start button along with skinning the taskbar flashing button. I seemed to have overlooked that graphic when I was combing through the theme making sure everything was skinned, awaiting approval. ***************************** CHANGELOG *V2 1-14-2023 - Skinned forgotten taskbar flashing button & Added alternate sub-styles for windows 10/11 start buttons. Main theme start button is now the steam icon.

Thanks all! After having it up for a few hours now I have gotten some feedback about the start button. What are some ideas any of you have in mind for it since it seems to be the weak point of the style? Its been a while now. Is there any info on when the showdesktop button will be fixed on windows 10 machines running windowblinds 11? It works fine with windowblinds 10 but under wb11 its transparent.

My next theme is almost ready. Its based on the style of the application Steam. A real nice on the eyes dark mode only theme. I have a few more elements to skin in the bars and sliders section and the address bar buttons. I would like the light blue font for the file properties to be white, however... Early Wip dark theme. Its based on the style of Steam. I have done the frames, caption buttons, statusbar and taskbar so far. Many other elements will need to be made since steam does not have them. So I gotta mimic what they would look like if they were in the steam application.

Still having issues with taskbar progress bars. The other states other than normal render improperly. Posted this in the last thread and had no reply. I noticed a bug with taskbar progress bars. I was using Firefox downloading something and I noticed the button became super bright and transparent some what. I loaded up a windows 7 taskbar testing app and behold. It indeed errors on different button states. It messes up on Indeterminate, Error & Paused. Hopefully you guys can look

Unable to exclude win10/11 store apps in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I have a few programs from the windows store that do not skin properly. Main one is Windows Phone Link. I want to exclude it but for some reason Windowblinds only allows you to select exe files. It would be nice if I could select from a list of active processes. The issue causes the caption buttons to be super finicky.
