*Edit* Should be explorer folder bar win 10 under change skin colors. ***** It's under colors. One of the win10 color options. Can't remember witch one. Win11 does not allow 2 tone explorer windows now so that's using white there. It might look black in the colors section until you select the color you want.

The taskbar clock on the secondary display while on small icons mode in start11 1.41 not displaying properly. Works fine on medium/large taskbar sizes.

This has been an issue since Beta WB11. Also reported a similar issue with the progress-bar modes in the taskbar (Error, Intermediate, paused). None of them display properly. Issue was never fixed or acknowledged. Designed a tool to test them using some API libraries in Visual studio. Works fine when WB is not applied, but once applied, they break.
