This bug seems to be fixed for the standard sovereigns. I haven't seen them doing this in 1.00. But it looks like bug still exists for custom AI sovereigns.
Its not fixed for standard sovereigns in 1.004. And its related to reloading a game. (Savegame before demanding surrender here .) Here we have Markinn with 11 leather greave
If those things are happening they would be bugs. But we've not seen it yet. In all the bets, it never came up. once we reproduce it then we can address it.
I posted in the this thread like feelotraveller did, screenshots and a savegame from the instant multiple building rushes after reloading, hopefully you are able to reproduce it
I can reproduce this bug too. When i happened across this town i saved the game, reloaded (there it crashed with an oom error), restarted and loaded, pressed next turn and all queued buildings and units finished. Savegame from season 96 here. Note Markinn has 246 gildar, so he should'nt be able to even rush the hosten library. Screenshot at turn 96, lots of buildings in the queue: <img src="https://dl.dropbox.co
it just poofs when walking over it.
Earth Elemental has initiative 21, the opposing garotte has 21 initiative too. Why does the garotte get to act 3 times before the earth elemental can attack?
Lord Markin standing right ontop of one: savegame here
I'm not totally sure, but I think this is intentional (otherwise, it would seriously unbalance the game if you could kill any dragon with one spell ).
Uhm, why would the quest give me the spell then at all? Edit: Oh i see, maybe its one of those "hey look, i have a bridge which i can sell to you" thing.
On the second step of the "cloak of stars" quest, you are told to go and slay a dragon. To do this, you are given a new combat spell called "Valuha's Dragonslayer". Engaged in combat at the indicated location however yields a "no effect" message when used on the dragon.
This is my main pet peeve with FE. There were some threads about it in beta, like here.
quoting post Fixed a memory leak that occured on each reload Does this mean pedestrians will be given back to the 32-bit users?
Pretty please :) I promise not to report any oom crashes !
go with the mouse over each square of the wildlands and look if you still have a "mystyirous pit" somewhere, they are hard to see sometimes and dont show up properly on cloth map.
i hate to be the first :(, but .. steps to reproduce: 1. create a new character 2. press the new (faction) button 3. press the appearence tab 4. click on faction color 5. click on summary tab The color palette stays in foreground, after clicking on cancel or ok or somewhere else game hangs and then crashes. I tried this and crashed 3 times, so you could also check if you got the report sent 3 times. zip<a h
No Bugs in Priority 1 queue :) While that is good, how could my "not being able to load a savegame 4 times in a row without crashing" not even be honorably mentioned in there? [e digicons]:pout:[/e]
4. If initiatives and ticks fall just right, a slightly slower unit can move twice while a faster unit gets no turn.
To expand on this: In my last game i tried to collar an umberdroth. My Sovereign has 27 init, and so does the Umberdroth. Upon entering combat my sovereign gets to act, and to my surprise the Umberdroth then gets to act 2 times in a row and proceeds to bite my head off. Soooo unfair !
This is a very well done manual, beautiful ! one little typo on p71, l5 : "add content" should be "added content" (i think, i am no native english speaker).
201:36 The funny thing is, when I completely uninstalled it for .982 (wiping all 3 folders, clearing registry) it still knew how long i played after reinstallation.
If i attack a well developed town (where you can see the town during combat) the animations are really choppy now. Hovering with the mouse over an unit and quickly moving the mouse pointer to a nearby unit and back repeatedly very fast stops nearly all animations from every troop. I have a save here , just before attacking a town if that helps you. (AMD Phenom II X4 945 Prozessor, ATI Raedon HD 5750) Note: i think this got int
ad 4. achievments crash is fixed :) ad 3: i had 2 oom crashes in the last hour, so i am sure you have gotten the reports
I have to say, I haven't seen too many reports of autosaving problems in a long time. I live and die on autosaves so if you're having problems with them, you should definitely contact someone in support.
That's probably because those who are plagued with this since WoM always quit the game before reloading. And yeah, i have posted on every version that the game crashes just by loading saves a few times in a row
and no idea what should be correct and if it's working correctly in battle :)
iirc it tells you that you find a bag of gold, which then gets added to your gold total.
confirmed.
Loading up this savegame , then pressing end turn, sovereign cannot move / attack. After bringing up the inventory screen and closing it, she can attack / move again. Actually, pressing the I key doesnt bring up the inventory screen at all, i have to doubleclick on her to open it.
