I have found that, after exiting the game through the games menu, the scroll function of my ASUS laptop trackpad stops functioning. Each time I have had to uninstall then reinstall the drivers and restart my computer several times. This bug seems to happen about 3 out of 5 times I exit, and I have not been able to find anything other than bad luck as the cause.
