Showing screenshots with the artwork kept intact is one thing and yes would fall under Fair Use. Altering artwork and then displaying is not Fair Use. No one has any right to alter our artwork in any way without our permission, screenshot or not. Our work is released as a whole entity. The EULA could be associated for the images i would imagine. But they would be protected by copyrights anyway. So it would be redundant. I don't think someone should be able to change your artwork and then show it in a screenshot. I don't think artwork that is modified or altered in any way without the artist's permission should be shown. not to knock the artist who did the default graphics but i expect more from a site that deals with skins. I love minimalist UIs but i just dont think the new graphics live up to expectations. It could still have been super clean but have some style.

okay man this is how it is: SP2 has security things in place that disrupt certain things. If you use SP2, IE and WMP 10 and you right-click and save the skin to your desktop - it won't reload. It will in Firefox or if you're using IE without SP2. All you have to do is click the skin link and let it auto-install if you're using SP2 or if you want to archive use a different browser. hope that helps.
