You'll likely have to replace existing endorsements to add any new ones. It's possible there may be a hack to add more, but nothing comes to mind.

There is margin of error built into each candidate's polling. (+-3% I think) It gives you a fairly accurate prediction, but as in real life, is not 100% certain.

I'm not sure where you're getting that info. The help text on the Ad screen explains that TV ads have the highest bonuses to State, national, awareness, and issues.

There's a lot you can do to issues, endorsements, candidates, and interviews if you go poking around the .xml files. I'll check on whether models can be added easily.

Thanks for the feedback! We're testing some internal fixes for the following issue and hope to patch it soon: "Another technical problem is that sometimes soon after I load a game, and EVERY time I attempt to load a game while already engaged in gameplay, the game will crash. Yeah, awareness is definitely the biggest effect. Switching up issues is just a way to maximize the effect of the speech. I typically use speeches late-game to quickly boost awareness ignored states that are leaning towards my opponent. It's a good way to steal a few states they were taking for granted.

Thanks for the info. We'll look into these. As for #1, voter opinion can change over the course of the game based on what you or your opponent is campaigning on. It doesn't always happen, but if someone is hammering on an issue it can. Also, there is random margin of error in the polling data (as in real life), this may be what you're seeing. Thanks again!

Speeches give the biggest benefit early on as awarness boosts are one of their main effects. If you use them late game in states where you already have 100% awareness, it is much less likely you'll get a significant bump in voters from a speech. Also, as jeremiahj13 said, switching up the issues is critical.
