Fixed internally. (and yes, due to dodge changes)

We haven't changed much with logistics between the two beta 5 versions. This was probably always possible. Losing your city lost you a bunch of logistics, then you disbanded some units you likely got from quests (that weren't taking logistics anyways... that should be clearer). Posting a screenshot of your current game state would be helpful in understanding the specific gameplay situation. A few strategic options you might have to make a comeback:
If you mouse over the Doomsday Counter it displays turn as well.
haven't seen that before. If you have any idea how you managed to get it to happen, details would be great. Thanks!
We found the issue and it will be fixed in the upcoming patch.
The spells you can research next aren't determined until you actually get the choice (based on spell books, spell rarity, etc.)
-The 'spells stop researching' bug has been fixed and will be in the patch -we've made tweaks to some of the trees, but plan to make a larger revision to the Wizard later -there are a lot of bug fixes related to sovereign skills and spells that don't work correctly
Thanks for the info, I think that's at the heart of the problem.
So what happens if I cast Enhance Land on shadowlands tiles that are in the ZOC of a city that I already have? Or would that be a different spell? If that spell does not exist... could it exist? That way I can convert worthless tiles around my city to tiles that I can actually expand to (tiles with wheat or hammers, etc.) when my city grows in size.
Restore land should work exactly like this.
We'll investigate this, thanks! We had similar issues in the past, but thought they were all resolved. Any one else seeing the same thing?
ya, "Adam" is definitely a bit out of place. Changed to something more fitting... thanks for all the great suggestions! (one of them is what we ended up going with)
Refreshing Elixir is strategic-map only, I think.
Yep, but the tooltip needs to be clearer. Thanks! We expect significant update patch late next week if all goes according to plan!
Enhance Land - gets rid of Shadowlands and turns them into fertile (settleable) tiles Restore Land - gets rid of marginal land and turns it into Grasslands (better yields if near a city).... admittedly, this is not a terribly useful spell. We'll look to rebalance Also, we think we have the units-occupying-same-tile bug fixed internally now. Still needs to be put through the paces, but looks promising. &
We're planning the next patch for late next week, but haven't confirmed it yet.
Enhance land actually does what I think you're looking for... turns Shadowlands into fertile tiles. The description is now fixed internally and will be in the next patch. Thanks for the bug report!
We've seen some intermittent issues with Shards not getting attacked by the SK forces. Are you having the same problems in your games?
Fixed internally! We're tentatively planning a decent sized patch for late next week. This will be included in it. Thanks again for the report!
marlowe221, Thanks for the feedback, lots of good ideas. on a few specifics: Sir Kirston (or whatever) definitely need a buff... totally useless at this point :) Minor Factions do give you some additional bonuses if you talk with them after they've allied. In the next patch, we're also adding a lot more bonuses if you go to war and destroy their city (a fertile plot & several resources).
Werewolf, We're well aware of the "units occupying the same tile" bug you mentioned and it will get fixed before release. Sometimes opinions on bug priority are different, but that's why it's good to get community feedback on the forums :)
We've got an internal fix for this (at least every occurrence we could isolate... which is a lot). It will be out in our next patch!
I'm not sure if it's impossible, but it's definitely to ally with some minor factions if you're already allied with their enemies.
This will be in the next patch!
I didn't use any cheats, what triggered this?
a bug. We were calling everyone cheaters.... filthy, dirty cheaters. Fixed internally
zeroing in on a fix for this. Seems to related to loading an auto-save that occurred on the same turn you had a new spell to research. I expect this will be in our next patch, but we haven't planned a date for that yet.
