bflatter, A few questions... Any pattern to which saved games crash on load? (size of map, number of opponents, time into the game, etc.) Does the same save always crash? or will it crash, then work right after a second or third try? Can you share a link to any saved games that consistently crash? Thanks!

Turn off auto-save to fix the stuttering. We're hitting an issue where the unit count information is to much for auto-save. Engineers have some solutions in mind. Looking into the other issues.
We're investigating. Which maps have you had trouble with? Also, are you running DX11 or DX12?
A few more... Have you ever had it happen in Singleplayer? Were you playing with someone you know? (trying to rule out the possibility of them using the debug console) could you upload a screenshot of the game when it first starts to happen? preferably zoomed out as far as possible above your most built up area (will give a better idea of the state of the game) better yet, save the game and provide the save game would be very helpful

Can we get some more info? 1) what is your team setup? 2 human players v 1 AI? 2) what difficulty is the AI set to? 3) when does the instant build bug start happening? 4) are you playing as host or client? Ya, the smarties are way under-powered right now. It's on our list. The sentinel's are kick-ass though. Balance is still VERY much a work in progress.

Thanks for the great feedback! I'll post more when I have time. Two quick notes: 1) We discovered the bug in the current placeholder AI that we expect to patch early this week. It will put up a much more significant challenge and stop the bunching in the center of the map. 2) try using CTRL click to give attack moves... this should allow your units to keep firing during a retreat
