Thanks for all your adivice. I seem to have now found StackedDocks adequate for my need now in the dafault package! BTW: Am worried re: extra CPU strain using all this. Have had a number of "blue screens of death" and CPU overheat warnings since using ObjectDoc & Fences. Any ideas on this? (Win7 64, i7CPU) Have put this in as new post.
I am using ObjectDoc Pro with Win64. i7CPU I notice from time to time I get a "blue screen of death" and a CPU overheat warning on re-start up. (82degC!) This occurs after I cannot find running programs icons on the Objectdoc bar and they do not show up in task manager. Zubaz, How do I do this? I tried right click on Icon>Edit this Icon...however no place to set on top. right click on Icon>Position relates to the Tabbed Dock position right click on Icon>Settings gets me to the Tabbed Dock settings. No place here to set docklet icon? Thanks for getting back to me but I still stumped!
Whenever I add separators they show up by becoming part of program icons by placing a small white triangle above the icon. How do I get 'normal' looking separtors that show say a line BETWEEN the icons and how do I remove separators. (Using ObjectDock Plus with Win 7 64)
I have recently bought ObjectDock2 Plus and am keen to have a tabbed dock at the top of screen with icons from Stack Docklet added. However the 'fly out' of icons always go to the top and disapear. Is there a fix or method to enable these to go down instead of up? I can use this n the quick start dock but not the tabbed one. I see this topic has been thrashed out on numerous forums over the years with no satisfactory conclusion. By now I thought the issue would have be
