I personally don't see anything wrong with putting up some news about a skinnable piece of software which you can get for free (or a discount) if you create a skin for it. Are you running galcivw.exe from a Command prompt? If so as long as your resolution is greater than 1024x768 you should be able to play it windowed and be able to see the desktop. Or am I misunderstanding the question? ~SDC~

Do they trade differently depending on how happy they are with you? Also does your alignment make a difference? If it's a warmongering race then I could quite understand it wouldn't want to give you the ability to defend against it's attacks. Do all races have the same value system? You have to given enough evidence in the information above. There needs to be a breakdown of what happens if you try to trade the same thing with each race to show that there really is something wrong.
Gadget: To partially answer that question just simulate the problem. In the ame way you accidentally simulated it already. Make it think your account should have expired and see what it allows you to still do. After spending a total of 60 pounds on my Volcano 7+, I am not going through that again (including fitting and then refitting costs from bodges the company did themselves). 150 deg F = 65.56 deg C which does sound worrying. Personally I have an Athlon XP. I wish I had paid the extra and got the P4. Maybe not as fast but I wouldn't feel totally paranoid that it was gonna fry itself either. Actually just to confuse a bit the masks do not have to be greyscale (or at least didn't). You can cause some interesting effects by masking out a certain colour or colours. I think Frogboy did a sample skin a long time ago that had colored spots on it's border when custom colouring was on but when it was off there was no evidence of them. Nobody seems to have ever done anything else using coloured masks though. <img
He has made a few DesktopX themes. Do a search for nuvem in the DesktopX section. However they were made a while ago and hence use old plugins. I do have carte blanche to update any of his themes and repost them. I have been a bit too busy lately studying to get around to it.
