Personally, I view much of the negativity to this work as jealousy. Very few artists can mimic Jairo's work as well as this one. But, the criticism of Jairo has greatly smeared your own work. Members will defend other members work here. You have probably hurt yourself dearly. I think an apology is in order and it may help.

This looks exactly like Jairo's work. That is probably the problem. The problem being originality. A single fruit image has been done, and Jairo holds all the rights in appreciation. "With a rebel yell we cried "more, more, more". Glass the bats, glass the black cat, and glass the skeleton, and I believe this would be a major hit.

First the positives: Very nice theme idea for the coming Halloween. The pumpkin was very nice, and quite well drawn. The sweating effect was very nicely done. The glass effect, also, very nicely done. The green background, also, very nicely done. The strange text effect, with the bevel, and the glass, and the distortions, also very nicely done. Now, the negatives: Never criticize another artist to justify your work. Very distasteful. N

That's hard to say for sure. If you download a .xptheme file, then yes, the windowblind will be packaged(zipped) in the theme. If you download a 1k excutable, you can check to see if it is going to download the windowblind again, and uncheck it if you already have it. Then maybe you can re-check it when you apply it from winstyles. But, if it creates a full package then, yes, the windowblind will be zipped. One way to check is to look for large .xptheme files on your computer(in winstyles). And,

It is sad indeed. John Ritter was so funny in Three's Company. It will be sad to watch it, now that he is gone. I had the greatest respect for Johnny Cash too. As I do for many music artists. Their contributions to this world will carry one though, in their legacies to the entertainment world. So they may be lost to us but, not forgotten. My prayers go out to their families. And, the artists themselves for the happiness they have brought me through the years.

Well, the basic idea of getting knowledge or training about safe, legal and proper internet usage does sound like a good idea. Maybe these kids that are getting sued(or their parents really) would better understand the do's and don'ts as well as how to protect themselves against viruses and other cruel internet stuff.
