sig101, I shouldn't have to defend myself, nor am I trying to put myself above anyone else. If you feel inferior because of your actions towards others, then that is your problem. The guy you spoke of in the other thread came here slamming the site and claiming it delivered spyware. I was defending the site. Just as I defend all the great artists who share their hard work for free on it. That guy just riled the dragon in me. But, after reviewing that previous thread, I

I agree with Lady Akasha, its not very nice to make fun of someone who doesn't understand english very well. Just because we are the greatest nation in the world, doesn't mean that we should be mean to others or, poke fun at them. This leads to consequences like 9/11. American humor is not understood by foreign people in general. Let us try to make friends with our neighbors, not enemies. Let us lead by a good, kind example. Let us speak our constitution from our hearts. Let us spread the words
Shadow, About screwing up your machine. That is always possible. Always back up your critical files. When working with the registry, just be careful. Just because a registry fixer can't find the file, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. I always scan my system for a supposed orphan before I delete the reference. Basically, tweaking is a trial and error situation. But, if you really want to get into the heart of your system, TweakXP Pro is the best.(maybe this explains the "Pro" reference.)<
To get the Media controls to work, you need Winamp v2.81 installed. Sysmetrix works with Winamp v2 not v3. For sysmetrix email notification you need a POP3 server. AOL mail is not a POP3 server. Broadband was a good idea. Smart lady.
KarmaGirl Rocks! I've definitely got your back babe. HATERS BEWARE!! >
See, I told ya. Object dock is a very interesting program. I see so many possibilities for it. And best of all, its free. hoho!
Opps, I'm sorry about that. I didn't recognize the link was to a file on my hard drive. sheesh. Thanks RadialFX for straightening that out. This is the link that I was thinking about. http://www.totalidea.com/frameset-tweakxp.htm
If so many people are having trouble with the weather, I suggest you email the person who created the program. He is kind and answers the emails he recieves. You can reach him from this website. Please post any response here to help others. http://www.xymantix.com/info/index.html
Well, I haven't tried the Sysmetrix weather but the Object Dock weather seems to work really well.
WB. I look very much forward to your great works.
The code is similar to a zip code. five numbers.
The easiest thing to do is to create a internet shortcut to Yahoo in Object dock, and if you keep the cookie, you may not have to continually type in your account name and password.
AOL mail is another example of Internet Mail.
The problem is that Yahoo mail is Internet Mail. Most mail programs such as Outlook, require a POP3 server, and will not work with Internet mail. Sysmetrix is an example of such a mail checking program. You need a POP3 mail account for it. Or you can also use hotmail which works with Outlook/Express although it is not a genuine POP3 mail account so, it may not work with other mail checking programs. But, I think that Yahoo offers a POP3 paid upgrade too.
TweakXP Pro Link is here. C:\Program Files\Tweak-XP Pro\Help\help.htm Kona0197 - Norton Utilities does load a few things into memory. But, if you take them out, you will notice no great change, but that will compromise the program. I run it as a supplement to TweakXP Pro. Unlike TweakXP Pro. I took out all its preloaders after the initial install, using Msconfig, and the program still works well. But, if you want a special app like transparency, you may need to keep t
Read the page the info is there. Fundamental.
Terrorists just don't understand. The world will not bow to terrorism, especially Americans. We are too proud and strong a nation. "Bin Laden", we will never give up looking for you!!!! May justice be swift.
You can start by asking nicely.
Also, the ToonXP Windowblind has many sub designs. They are really neat.
Once you have the Toon background set, then you can copy the Toon Png (icons) to the object dock directory, then you can replace the old icons with the ToonXP icons.) Once you get everything set up the way you want it, then you can save the OD theme as ToonXP.
It's tricky sometimes. Some skins don't have a button for roll ups. It becomes a matter of right clicking or left clicking certain areas of the roll up bar. It can be a little frustrating sometimes. Especially when you switch from skin to skin. If you rolled it up, it will roll down. It is just a little frustrating sometimes thats all.
Once you try TweakXP Pro you will definitely agree, it is the best. I guarantee it on my word.
I've tried them all. Advanced Registry Optimizer, Advanced System Optimizer, WinXP Manager, Registry Medic, Ram Utilities(a waste of time, get more Ram), Ontrack Utilities(Norton Utilities is better), Mindsoft Utilities etc..etc. TweakXP Pro beats them all. Registry, system Optimize(video, modem, ram, page file) Ram recover(before 70mb free, after 200mb free), ad blocker, popup blocker, Internet Tweaks, Hardware Tweaks, Ram Drive, Cache Optimize, Windows Tweaks(Awesome!) etc etc) This prog

It will blow you away.
Your system specs would also be helpful.
