You might also try to give the modified theme a new name. That way the original one will stay intact.

Maybe some of your files got corrupted. I defrag my system regularly. There are many viruses and bugs going around too. If your files get badly fragmented this could cause that sort of problem. I would run Spybot Search and Destroy. It's a free program. If you have spyware, that could reduce your memory and your system to a crawl. Then, I would run a full virus scan. Then, I would uninstall DesktopX. Then, I would check the hard drive for errors and defrag it. Then, I would reinstall DesktopX. I
For the media player controls you need to install winamp v2.81. For the weather you need to configure it from sysmetrix configuration and get then input your METAR Code for your area's weather. Then change the settings so that it will get the weather and maybe allow the port on your firewall, but that should be an automatic question from your firewall when the weather program tries to connect.
Kona0197, YOu will need a graphics program to edit that one. It is called Shex Panel. What you would want to do is to modify the main bitmap background. It's easy to colorize using PSP 7. Then, I just copy and pasted similar areas in the information section of the main bitmap to erase the disk drive information. Then if you want to add generic text for volume (vol.) and use the same bitmaps for volume, it can all be done from sysmetrix configuration. The sysmetrix configuration will cha
Or rejects from the Jerry Springer show.
Sometimes you wonder...Where do these people come from? The Jerry Springer show maybe?
Chas steps lightly yrag....KG's right. Easiest and best way.
Poor guy, now I know why people say that english is a hard language to learn. What's that Queen song?
Darn Old Crab, That Blackberry wine sounds good.
Hmm, let me guess DJ, joining Alcoholics Anomymous?lol. J/K
It depends on what the extension of the file is that you downloaded. If the downloaded file has a zip extension then this maybe your problem. Note: the above message is incorrect. (Sometimes when you double click the file it will send it to the logonstudio directory but not execute it. So, you just end up with two .logon files which is not necessary. Then, if you install it, logon studio will create two directories for the same logon. THis is not necessary.) All you have to do is open
Explain something please. If you clean installed your system(meaning, erased your hard drive and reformatted), and you don't have the .wba files to reinstall the old skins, why are you surprised that they aren't available? Now, if you somehow retained the old skin folders and you installed to the windowblinds folder then, you probably have a windowblind folder within a windowblind folder. Try this, find wbload.exe and copy one of your skin folders to the folder where wbload.exe resides.
Oh Yeah!! Let's turn this into a site of alcoholics. hehe.
I'm curious Chef Garry, how would one go about making wine and vodka for example?
I can't count.
Yeah, I know. But you basically have to edit the edges, pixel by pixel, and fade the colors. Anti Aliasing is great but only if you are using a non transparent background.
Microsoft OS, Linux, and Macs are just as vunerable. The reason no one is attacking Linux and Macs is because they can't hurt as many people. If you want to prove how great you are by attacking innocent people, are you going to attack Linux systems or Microsoft Systems? The shear numbers decide who is targeted. Look at the NY Trade Center as an example. And I don't care how many security flaws you plug, someone will find a way. Personally, I think Microsoft is doing the best job possib
I had that problem too. And I guess you probably had both versions trying to load. The problem is that each version installs to a different folder instead of the new version just updating files in same folder. I guess you got some sort of cross link between the different versions. Once you uninstall everything, both versions, check add and remove programs and try deleting the object dock folders too, before reinstalling. Make sure all shortcuts are gond too. Mine is working properly. If
I think you have two versions of Object Dock installed. I would uninstall the old one too. Once everything is uninstalled, then check msconfig and see if all the shortcuts are gone before reinstalling. If not delete them and make sure the references to them are gone from msconfig. GL.
I tried to make a link above bit it didn't work. His address is [email protected] His website is http://www.xymantix.com/info/index.html His email address is hard to copy because it has two underlines. Try the other link to get his email from his website if the email link doesn't work. [Message Edited]
Yeah, I understand what you mean. But, isn't it the same with WMP skins? You can still see the jagged edges even on some of the greatest ones by The Skins Factory. Personally, I've never seen anything but bitmaps. Here's my recommendation SS. Why not email the creator of the program. He always returned my email questions and suggestions and he even implemented a few in sysmetrix updates. He is a new guy, drop him an email. [Message Edited] [Message Edited]
Can someone tell me how to add the clock options then? Or are these options not yet available?
Wow people thanks for sharing your game trivia.
Can someone please explain why when I right click on the clock and choose properties it says "Clock options not yet added"? Am I missing something? Thank you.
