Is it a folder portal you are needing to refresh or to see any new desktop icon in a regular Fence (or outside it for that matter)? What version of Fences are you running?
There have been no such other reports nor can we reproduce what you have noted. It is hard to see how Decor8 could cause the issues you are reporting. If Decor8 is not installed, are the issues resolved? What version are you running?

Yes, it will be when the corporate version is released (week maybe). For licensing, you would need a license for each real and potential seat.
